  It is charming as can be, exactly as presented in the photos. The decor is quiet and relaxing, the kitchen is superbly equipped and many good books in the library. It is near some of the best cycling roads in Sonoma County, but our favorite activity was looking at the birds and surfers out the big picture window. We also took some walks on the beach and along Salmon Creek. I would definitely recommend this cabin and hope to return!

  Highly recommended. Salmon Creek is an old-fashioned neighborhood of houses built by families on small streets and hilly sites that makes you feel at home immediately and lucky to have 270 degree views of the creek and the coast. It is our favorite place to stay within easy driving of San Francisco and Oakland. This cabin has all the right things for a really relaxing and comfortable stay without pretension or preciousness - you can feel right at home and luxuriously housed at the same time.Cean and well cared for, it is well furnished with all you need to cook and relax and sleep like a dream. The Wi-Fi and cable are nice additions and worked well. The decks for sunning and barbecues on warm days are complemented by the cosiness of the wood stove for fog and rain. Wonderful organic cotton linens add exactly the touch of luxury that we appreciated. The owners have thought of everything you might want to know and to do and provide whatever is necessary, including a helpful guide to local restaurants and shops that we found invaluable for meals: the Howard Station Cafe in Occidental for breakfast and Terrapin Creek Cafe for dinner are highly recommended. The owners are responsive and helpful. A great experience overall.

• Fabulous Beach House!

  This charming cabin is in the perfect location! We have stayed in many beach homes that were nice, but there was traffic noise or you had to get in the car to go to the beach. This was not the case here! Quiet neighborhood and an easy 5 minute walk to the most beautiful, long beach in Bodega Bay. It was also close to town. Every day we could explore a new area of the beach and then just walk home to a welcoming cozy cabin. And the view is spectacular (even better than the pictures show!)! And the beds are all snuggly with down bedding! The owner was very accommodating and helpful, although we didn't have much need to contact her since the home was well equipped and maintained. Can't wait to go back! Thank you!
