  This condo was just right for my husband and my week-long stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. It is pleasant and comfortable and was very clean and well-cared for. With the chilly weather, we especially enjoyed the sunroom, which gave us a place to enjoy the river view while protected from the elements. The listing and pictures were accurate and the owner was very nice to work with. Altogether a very nice stay.

  We loved your condo!!! It was beautiful and so clean. It was our son's wedding weekend, and all of our children had so much fun. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the water and watching the dolphins and the pelicans. If we ever come back to Folly Beach, we would love to stay here again, and we will recommend this condo to our friends and family. It was wonderful!!! Thank you so much!!!

  We recently stayed in Mariners Cay at 337710. It was a wonderful vacation! Located so close to the pool, lovely views, and so really to downtown Folly and the beach! The condo was perfect....comfortable and clean....the owners even provided a notebook with helpful tips. It included resturants in Folly and Charleston, places to visit for a family, girls trip or romantic couple get away. We really appreciated all the extras! We will look forward to many more times at this condo! Beautiful Views!!!

  We have been to this condo with our family, girls trips, couples trips & special getaways with each other.The condo adapts to all of these types of vacations. You can stay on folly Beach & enjoy great food, music ,sitting or walking on the beach or by the pool. Nice gated condo with an easy walk to the beach . While at the beach you can walk to many restaurants & shops & feel very comfortable in beach attire. Layed back & very relaxing atmosphere in the whole Folly Beach area. The condo is very clean & has everything at your fingertips to make your stay feel at home. The views are beautiful off the glassed in porch (windows open for the beach breeze) for morning coffee & dolphin watching or sipping an evening drink & watching the beautiful sunset. Have been many times & will definatly return many times. Have also recomended this unit to friends that have also returned numerous times. Book now so you don't miss out!

  This bright, well equipped, comfortable condo was a perfect size for a girls' getaway!! It has a spectacular view of the river, boats and dolphins ... the sunset was worth the trip alone! The porch is a perfect spot for morning coffee, reading, snacks and an evening glass of wine while visiting and sharing lots of laughter with friends! It's location is so convenient to the beach, Charleston and Mt. Pleasant/Sullivans Island providing loads of shopping, site seeing and great restaurants. I look forward to my next great "get away"!

  THAT's all you need here! If you are looking for a relaxed place to "chill out" this is it. We have had many great "girls vacations" here, and come back as often as possible.The beach is laid back , and when we need shopping ,or a bit more "fine dining" restaurant fix we head in to Charleston; a short drive away. The condo is quite comfortable , clean, well maintained ,with a kitchen equipped to let you stay in ,and have all that local sea food you just bought up the road; Or caught off your boat trip. We consider this location and condo a perfect location to have a vacation tailored to each persons needs; be it a meditative marina view, a healthy short stroll to the ocean, or lounge by the pool. We loved setting ; the screened porch watching the dauphins coming into the channel,as well as the boats gently swaying . The walk to the beach is refreshing, but pack light, because it is a tiny bit too to far to carry all your gear; however, parking is available at the pier, or ride your bike). Walking back to the beach for the night life is a snap as well as walking to dinner @ the many local restaurants there in Folly. Great location!
