This home was copied after a villa in Italy and has won awards for its design and architecture. Furnishings are reminiscent of an Italian villa, with a mixture of comfort, elegance and antiques. Large living room opens to the patio, with large windows for seeing the Gore Range Mtns. Large dining room seats 16, and the villa has a library, game room, and media room with new flat screen.
Large gourmet kitchen with commercial appliances, DCS commercial stove and ovens and outdoor patio grills are right off kitchen for grilling. There is a breakfast area in the kitchen with seating for 8. Beautiful patio with balustrade overlooking Gore Creek, large field of wildflowers going down to Gore Creek from home. It has a wonderful courtyard inside gates and home with hot tub next to gazebo in courtyard. The Villa in summer is beautiful with flowers everywhere and is professionally landscaped.
Each bedroom is very private and separate, the 2 bedrooms over the garage is a perfect area for teenagers, or kids, or a couple and their children, as they share a small living area and bathroom. All the bedrooms have beautiful bed linens.

There is also a: Library, Media Room, Game Room, hot tub, courtyard, and garage.
Daily housekeeping service is provided. Arrangements can be made for nightly chef, and transportation to and from airport, and transportation around Vail/Beaver Creek can be arranged as well.
Hiking Trails are close by; fly fishing in Gore Creek can also be arranged.
Walk to the Cascade Hotel and jump on their ski lift for quick and easy access to Vail Mountain, enjoy their Atwater restaurant, they have a beautiful patio filled with flowers for appetizers and drinks, and the Cascade has the beautiful Aria Spa and club.

All rentals are plus tax, plus $350 Travelguard Damage Waiver Insurance Policy of $10,000 ( in lieu of security deposit), +$450 Housekeeping fee. 7 night minimum for Dec 16- Jan 4, 7 night minimum for Presidents Week. 4 night minimum for all other dates.
