This stunning contemporary home is located just a ½ block from the beach and features 4 spacious bedrooms, a 5th bedroom/family room, 2.5 baths, open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, carpeted bedrooms, gas heat and central air. A large 48'’ LCD TV with a Bose surround sound system is provided in the living area along with a 32' LCD TV in family room. Also provide for your convenience are two DVD players and high speed wireless internet access.
Cozy up next to the fireplace in the living room, relax and enjoy the warm ocean breeze in the enclosed 3 season sun porch, enjoy a meal in the backyard patio area or just sit back and take in the spectacular views from the furnished rooftop deck. The choice is yours at this 2,000+ square-foot luxury rental, ideal for either one or two families.
Our home is located in a quiet, well maintained neighborhood towards the southern end of the Island. It is professionally cleaned after each visit. A marina is located just down the block. Local activities within walking distance include ocean swimming on a life-guarded beach, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, kayaking, deep sea fishing, crabbing and bird watching. Bike rentals are just a few blocks away.

We stayed for two weeks and totally enjoyed your beautiful home. The location is perfect - walking distance to everything! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family enjoyed a delightful week at this well appointed and perfectly located beach property. The owners were especially thoughtful and diligent in ensuring all our needs were met. We couldn't have been more pleased and higly recommend this lovely vacation retreat.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year! The house is beautiful, the location is just perfect and the price can't be beat.
