Modern, upscale beach house nestled in a quiet neighborhood directly on Lake Michigan. Set back from North Shore Dr and any traffic noise, offering one of South Haven's finest getaways. Relax and enjoy your vacation, you will absolutely love this home and be back next year too!
The large deck offers cool breezes on sunny afternoons and awesome sunsets every evening. Sit back and watch the boats sail across the horizon.
This is a beautiful home for a single family, yet plenty of room for an extended family as well. The master bedroom has a bathroom with large walk in shower. The second bathroom upstairs also has a large shower. All bedrooms are upstairs. The first floor has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and another half bathroom. The outdoor shower with hot water is ideal for washing off the beach sand.
Saturday to Saturday rentals - mid June throught Labor Day Weekend
Less then full weeks are allowed in May and September at a discounted rate below.
Check-in is after 3 PM, Check-out is by 10 AM
**Please note, some dates may show available on the calendar, but have been recently reserved. We leave dates open until we receive the deposit in the mail, then we block them off.
No Pets and NO Smoking
Minimum age requirement for renting is 35.
Payment terms: 1/2 of total payment is expected when making your reservation, the second half is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. A signed rental agreement is due with the first payment. Deposit and rental fees are non-refundable unless we can rent the home for the same fee.

The home comes with everything you need, microwave, coffee maker, towels and linens, dishwasher, washer & dryer, outside shower and grill.
The only thing you need to bring is your own beach towels please.

Short and sweet: We have committed to return for 2 weeks in this wonderful house perfectly situated. Any why not? It is a charming house discretely set back from the beach road and perched atop a dune with the ubiquitous long stairway to the pristine private beach below. By day, we swim, sunbathe and stare out at boating passersby; by night we sit around a bonfire and contemplate the stars above and the inedible burnt marshmallows at hand. As Chicagoans, we ponder the surrealities suggested by the westward view of Lake Michigan, which threatens reversal of all long-held convictions. The house is an easy beach stroll to the South Haven pier or roadside walk into town. The interior is a classic beach house design with expansive woods and clean lines, and a layout of multiple living areas from which to choose to spend time. The deck is expansive with chairs, tables, couches, and a propane grill. The glassed-in porch is a front row seat to lightening storms approaching from across the lake. The modern kitchen has all the amenities to meet our family needs, obviating any notion of eating out, and opens up into the living room to keep the discussions flowing. There are games, books and a flat-panel TV entertainment system when forcibly housebound (WiFi would be a welcome addition). The 3 bedrooms easily accomodate the 6 of us with comfort and room to spare. We love this house, and look forward to making it the core of an annual summer tradition.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

$6,500/week - Weekly rentals only from June 8 to August 31, 2013. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are $750/night with 3 nights minimum. $225 Cleaning Fee $250 Security Deposit and Rental Agreement Required Prior to June 8 and after Labor Day, the weekly rate is reduced to $4,500/week. **Weekend Rentals available before June 8 & after Labor Day at a reduced rate of $675/night with a preferred minimum of 3 nights.
