Casa Mar Y Sol is a modern, beautiful, beach front home located 15 minutes south of the Cancun airport and about two and a half miles north of the fishing village of Puerto Morelos, Mexico. The home is approximately 3000 square feet and sits on a beautiful beach, just yards from the ocean. We have the beach cleaned several times per day. Enjoy your private tropical garden and sip from a fresh coconut as you sit by your private pool or under one of two palapas on the beach. The home is beautifully furnished with dining for up to 10 people. You will find hand cut stone flooring and walls, a glass block breakfast bar and sufficient closet and cabinet space to store all your belongings. And did we mention, the home and pool are ON THE BEACH, not steps from the beach!

Enjoy snorkeling off the beach or sign up in Puerto Morelos for a snorkeling/dive trip to the Palancar reef located off the beach. The Palancar reef is the second longest barrier reef (800 miles) in the world and maintains the waters in front of the home calm, clear and safe. In Puerto Morelos, you can also arrange for fishing snorkeling and dive trips. Other activities include horse back riding on the beach, Eco-tours and discovering the caves and cenotes of Quintana Roo.

Puerto Morelos offers many respectable dining opportunities as well as grocery and drug stores. Of course there is no shortage of artisan outlets where you can pick up a few items for the folks back home. Should you feel that you need a break from long, romantic walks on the beach and quiet relaxation; Cancun and Playa del Carmen are just 20-25 minutes away where you will find modern malls with designer products as well as an exciting nightlife and gourmet restaurants. There are also numerous natural parks, water parks and archeological sites, such as Tulum and Coba, all within an hours drive.

Included in your rental is daily house keeping, except Sundays and holidays, and a purified and sterilized home fresh water system utilizing a reverse osmosis unit capable of 1000 gallons per day.
