  Wir waren knapp zwei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa in den Ferien. Traumhaft schöne Umgebung, wir konnten bereits ab der ersten Minute relaxen und einfach nur geniessen. Chic eingerichtet, tip top sauber und alles war da was man brauchte. Sehr gepflegt und auch der Support war sensationell. Wir können dieses Haus nur bestens weiterempfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen!

  We were a family of 10, six adults and 4 children ages 6-12. This home, with it's wonderful light and airy space in both living areas, was beautifully furnished, within an easy walk to Ft. Lauderdale beach, shops and restaurants on LasOlas Ave and the boardwalk. We felt so welcome by the owner and our needs were immediately tended to. The location on the canal afforded beautiful views as we sat at the table on the outdoor porch watching our grandchildren swim in it's heated pool. The canoe was put to good use as well. The photos can not do proper justice to the home. We would highly recommend this property to families or adults and hope to return this next year.

  We stayed 2 weeks at the Key West villa. We all loved this house! It has everything we could have wished for. It felt very homely and was extremely clean, tidy and had a fresh, cool feeling about the place on a hot day. Beautifully landscaped garden with a very family friendly pool area The owners did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Located in a great area, nice quiet road and still only walking distance to Las Olas Boulevard and the beach. We would highly recommend this property anyone! Will come back soon!   The property as advertised did not do it justice. Everything was impeccable and well thought out. Normally on any vacation there is a kink or two but that was not the case here. The wireless worked flawlessly, the kitchen was very well stocked and a pleasure to cook in, the pool and grounds were well maintained. The outdoor stereo and access to modern technology via ipod jacks was a real treat. I would positively do business with Katarina again she was a joy to work with. Thanks for accommodating my family it made for such good memories. The location was the best in Ft Lauderdale. My kids walked to the beach and back from some tiki bars along the strip late at night. I spent some time driving around and there is NO area that comes close to where this home is located.

  The pool, the house, the guesthouse, the service - all was impeccable. The interiors are very nicely decorated, the floor plan is intellegently designed for maximum privacy with a fully equipped bathroom to every bedroom and a mix of public and semi-public spaces for socializing. The guest house offers a very generous way of taking care of guests. The garden is large and flat and perfect for families with small children. In addition, the house is situated a couple of minutes from Las Olas, five minutes from the beach and shopping and in a very nice neigbourhood. All in all, a great place to treat your family to a memorable vacation.

  Our very memorable vacation in Ft. Lauderdale was entirely due to our wonderful rental. We were there with our three daughters, their spouses and three babies. A baby fence was put up for us around the pool and along the dock, so we could rest easy. The bedrooms were spaced so that no one was ever awakened by another couples baby (nor were we!). We could walk to the beach and there was a day spa two blocks away that we girls enjoyed one afternoon. The airport was only a fifteen minute ride away, so even leaving was easy. The company was responsive and helpful and we would definitely use them again! Chris from New Hampshire

  My family and I traveled to the Key West Villa during the last week of September and we had a wonderful time!! The house was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained! We traveled with 2 young children, my mother and another couple and there was more than enough room for us all!! The pool is fantastic and it's a really short drive to the beach and to many nearby restaurants and shops! The fence around the pool made it great with the kids and allowed my 2 year old to run wherever he wanted to. The owners were very responsive and a true pleasure to deal with!! There is also a property manager that was great as well! I'd definitely return and/or recommend this property to anyone!!

  We spent 2,5 weeks at this fantastic and charming house! The location is great with the beaches and Las Olas Blvd. around the corner. At arrival the house was tidy and presented as a 5-star hotel. A set of towels were placed on each bed. A big fruit basket, red and white wine had been placed on the dining table for us to indulge in. We enjoyed this house very much and have no remarks what so ever. All amenities were flawless. The property manager replied promptly whenever we had questions.

  Our stay at the Villa was great. A fully renovated property with all the needed amenities. Within a ten minute walk to shopping, beach and restaurants it made for a very comfortable week. High quality linen and towels were some of the pleasant extras. The house accommodates two families comfortably and we look forward to our next visit.
