  Quaizar is very, very nice and helpful! Whenever you contact him he answers quickly. We've been their for 5 Nights, two adults and two boys (5&6 yo). The boys slept on the couches, it was good for them. The microwave was defect. but it was no problem for us, he asked us before. The subway is just 3mins away, via Express Subway (F) you just need between 25-30 minutes to Rockefeller Center. New York is fantastic, also for children! The only thing you have to notice, if you're a light sleeper you maybe need "Ohropax"- because a small foodmarket has it's Air Condition near to the bedroom on a roof. We absolutely recommend this Apartment!!

  My husband and I stayed in this studio apartment for a week and half with our adopted newborn son. The apartment seemed a little small at first, but we found that it was easy to access anything we needed quickly because of the compactness. The bathroom was very updated and it was great to have appliances like the toaster oven and refrigerator. The owner, Quaizar, was very helpful and nice. Whenever we had an issue, he took care of it right away. The washer and dryer are coin operated and were downstairs in a shared area, which was fine, but was a little unclear in the listing of the property. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and was cleaned once while we were there. I would recommend this apartment to a couple that wants to stay in the Queens area.

  We rented a studio with a bedroom at Mr. Ibrahim Keyzar during the week. We very like. The owner - a man, friendly and welcoming. Immediately, with the understanding respond to any request. Housing in good condition. The recently renovated. Furniture, equipment - in order. Sometimes, problems with Wi-Fi, but Keyzar them corrected immediately. Quiet area. Metro station just a short walk from the house. To the center of Manhattan's subway ride to an hour. On departure, the master ordered a taxi driver from the community, which is just good and relatively cheap took us to the airport. Thank you, Mr. Keyzar! If you get together in New York, will contact you. And others suggest.

  I enjoyed my visit to New York more because of my experience at this nice condo. Quaizar and his son were very helpful and did all possible to make my stay a pleasant one. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Street parking is limited but subway stations nearby makes this an ideal place to stay. I would stay here again when visiting New York City! Aloha & thank you Quaizar!

  We stayed in the Studio/1 bed comdo, and it was all as described. Quaizar was very helpful with suggestions for getting from the airport. The refrigerator was stocked with essentials so that we didn't have to hunt down necessities immediately upon our arrival. Very conveniently located to subway station for an easy trip into the city. Can definitely recommend, and would stay again if we re-visit NYC. Quiet, safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed it.

  I decided to stay here because the reviews were so great. Mr. Quaizar was very helpful from the beginning. The condo was very clean, and very large. I thought the accommodations are exactly what the site displays. Actually, the room was much bigger than I expected. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I was here to visit some friends who lived in the city. The F train is right around the block, very easy to find, even for someone who is not familiar with the subways. The only thing that I noticed, was that it is a little more than a 20 minute train ride to the city. But I would definitely stay there again.

  Everything was EXCELLENT! Quaizar & his wife Fatimah are the PERFECT HOST'S! The location of the apartment was perfect for catching the F TRAIN to Manhattan! The apartment was very CLEAN & COZY! The photo's shown in the advertisement are accurate and honest! WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! Quaizar & his wife Fatimah were both so very kind & thoughtful. They greeted us with smiling faces and had breakfast foods waiting in the fridge for us so we could start every morning GREAT! Quaizar even called ahead and arranged for us to be transported TO & FROM the airport so we would be WORRY FREE! I highly recommend this apartment to ANYONE VISITING NEW YORK CITY! You will be very happy using the Jacuzzi Shower & Watching Movies On A Large Flat Screen TV! If you are a vegetarian you will be happy with the Healthy Organic Market right next door. As an Entertainer always surrounded by people I found this apartment to be nice resting place to just relax and get away from the city crowd!   If you want to experience New York like a local, this is the way to go! The owner, Quaizar, was very helpful from with our first contact with him many months ago. He provided us with information on metro tickets, subway routes, airport transportation, and how to get the best deals on local attractions. The condo is as described: tastefully upgraded, a “home away from home”, and included extra towels and a refrigerator full of bottled water, orange juice, etc. Having the flat screen hd tvs and wifi access were a bonus. We enjoyed the local bakery, restaurants and small businesses near the condo. We were delightfully surprised by the friendliness of everyone we encountered. The “F” line subway is less than a 5 minute walk down the street. We found it easy to travel to Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and of course, the US Open in Flushing (about 20 minutes by subway). We enjoyed being treated like family by Quaizar and highly recommend renting his condos for a wonderful, carefree stay. Thank you for making our visit to New York City a most exceptional experience!

  My decision to stay at this apartment was one of the best decisions I made on this trip here to NYC. The apartment was beautiful with all the amenities of a home, including a packed fridge and the bare essentials. Quaizar was always very generous with his time, and answered all my questions. As much as I enjoyed the apartment, I also enjoyed being close to the F train Subway line which was a quick 2 block away. This is an apartment that i would feel good about coming back to again.

  An excellent place to stay while visiting New York. Inexpensive cab ride from Airport ($20.00), and easy and close walk to the subway into Manhattan. The apartment is very comfortable - lovely shower, and Quaizar and his family are very accommodating. Especially appreciated the cold water and juice in the fridge during very hot weather. Thanks for a great get-away.

  I stayed at the condo from the 17th to the 30th, expecting to just eat, sleep and go to work. What i end up getting was so much more. When I Arrived, Mr. Quaizar Welcomed me at the Door Step, and presented to me a Condo that was very clean & comforting. I was Provided with a Fridge Full of Beverages and snacks which lasted me almost all my stay. I was almost always able to get Parking right outside of the Condo, and if there were days that I couldn’t, then Quaizar would come out and help me find one, or trade places with one he already got – that’s what I call Service! The Neighbor hood is sweet, and the people are very Friendly with an Elementry school, Middle school and High school all nearby. That middle school by-the-way was called: Young women’s leadership school (amazing). I had my car, but when I opted to go to the city taking the Subway was a no-brainer and very Easy. I Loved & Enjoyed my Stay and I would Recommend this place to Everyone no matter what the Age.

  I Loved it, it felt as if I was at home. I was warmly welcomed into this beautiful condo. I came to visit Manhattan & Going to Manhattan from here was very easy. The Subway is 3 small blocks away and it’s a nice walk from the condo to the subway. Mr. Quaizar is a very nice Gentleman. What you see in the pictures is truly what you get, even better I would say.

  This is my second trip to Quaizar's Condo and love the place each time. Home is always super clean and ready when we arrive and has been remodeled recently which has only made it better since the last time I was here. Only 2 minutes walk from the subway with quiet peaceful neighborhood is ideal for someone on a vacation.The set up to check in and check out of the condo (through the door pin pad) is easy and stress free - it helps cut down that extra responsibility of remembering where you put the keys which is great when you're travelling with children. As always Quaizar is the perfect host, always responsive to our questions and always made us feel like family. It was obvious that the owners treat this as their home and not as simply an investment. Thank you so much. We definitely are coming back the third time around for sure. Look forward to seeing you guys.

  we had a really good time in NYC. The place was perfect for two and super clean (finicky about hotel cleanliness). The pictures are accurate. You get what you see. Mr. Quaizar helped us out with directions and he stocked the fridge pretty well. It took us about 10 mins to walk to the F line that runs into Manhattan. Over all, i liked my stay and will use the same place again.

  After traveling over 8 hours, then 1 hour to find the place, the condo was not ready, approx 9:30pm. It was dirty, the owner and spouse were cleaning at this time. He stated he did not know we were coming that date. After numerous e-mails confirming our arrival. He was apologetic. The next day, somebody was SUPPOSE to clean. There is no table to sit down and eat. Cookware was very limited. Towels did not smell clean. The subway ride to Manhattan is not 20 min. It is 40-50minutes. The subway is 2 blocks away. The owner was resourceful, wanting to know if there was anything we needed. There is a delicious vegan breakfast and lunch restaurant "a smile from beyond". The waiters and cooks were friendly with a warm connecting smile.

  Owner response: I would like to state. The guest originally booked the condo for March 4th. For some reason communication with her was practically impossible as most of the email sent to her would bounce back with a message "Mail Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently". "Delivery sxxxx.comcast,net". "Subsystem". Her Original inquiry dated Feb 29 was Apr 5 to Apr 17.(12 nights) Then she changes her date to April 4 to April 13. (9 nights) I send her a rental agreement – I do not get it acknowledged. I am under the impression she is coming on the 4th. Somewhere she changes it and arrives Apr 3 evening at 9.30 pm. She now changes here departure date to Apr 12 (9 nights) There are 36 email exchanges between her original inquiry and the time she arrived. Unfortunate – when communication fail.

  This apartment was as described. Very clean and updated. A short walk to the F train which you can take to Coney island and everywhere inbetween (half an hour to Times Square). I stayed there with my wife and 20 year old daughter. We were a little cramped since there is only one dresser and no closet. But I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple. Kaiser was very helpful and even arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the apartment to take us to the airport. If you don't mind riding the train this place will save you a lot of money which you can then spend on all the great restaurants and shopping.

  I traveled with my husband, and as it was our first trip to NYC we wanted something affordable and convenient. Google maps gave us wrong directions, but after a quick call, Quaizar came and picked us up and took us to the cozy yet bright apartment. He was a gracious host, making sure we had everything we needed, including laundry facilities. His communication was excellent. The fridge was stocked with refreshments and simple breakfast foods, the shower was wonderful, and the sofa bed and bed were comfortable to sleep on. The nights were quiet, allowing for a good sleep, and the area felt very safe, even when returning after midnight. The subway was very close and convenient, though the apartment was a bit further from Manhattan than we originally anticipated, it was easy enough to adjust for.

  We spent 8 nights in this clean and very well equiped apartment. We were welcame very friendly the fridge was fully filled with refreshers. The sofa bad was also convinient to sleep on it. The subway is realy only for two corners from the apartment, and to get to the heart of Manhattan was very easy. We usualy got home late and the we felt safe during walking home. The owner helped us in everything very kindly. Thank you again!

  We had ten of us gathering in NYC. Quaizar's apartments provided us the most value and made our visit to NYC an unforgettable experience. In the apartments there were fully equipped kitchen, loaded refrigerator, well furnished living room and clean and comfortable beds. We felt like home. In the area, there were a dozen stores, many restaurants and a subway station (F Train). They were all within ten minutes walk. The food from Jennifer Restaurant were very good and with an affordable price; the subway ride from Manhattan were enjoyable; walking in the area were worry-free and driving to La Guardia and JFK airport were painless. We did all the things we planned to do in NYC and we had a ton of fun! Quaizar provided us excellent information and help before and after we arrived. He truly ran five-star rental place! We would recommend to our friends and family anytime and all the time. Thank you, Quaizar!

  We were welcomed with wonderful hospitality even though it was late at night. The condo was filled with refreshing beverages and the air conditioning kept us cool during the rather hot and humid stay. The condo was located near all needed transportation to get to the University and to downtown, including the airport. The condo was clean and comfortable and it was a nice oasis to come back to and relax after a hectic day in the city! Our host made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely return here in the future!

  We travelled with 2 toddlers so accodomations are always a concern. We were so pleasantly surprised with the exceptional guest services provided by the host. We got in late, the host had cold beverages waiting in the fridge. The fridge and pantry was stocked with breakfast, beverages and snacks which made our mornings so easy. The children were very comfortable and slept solid from day one. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The subway station was within a 3 minute walk. Overall our experience was excellent, and if we were to come to NY again we'd definitely stay here.

  What a lovely place you have! My husband and I were so impressed with how clean the condo was. I am very particular about where I stay and once we entered the room, I was delighted. The pictures are true to the appearance of the apartment. Nicely decorated and very cheery. What a nice surprise to have refreshments waiting for us, along with cereal, milk, orange juice, etc. Everything you might want and need for a quick breakfast. The area was nice and we felt very safe walking late at night. The condo was very quiet, we never heard any noises from others. We walked the short distance to the train to get into the City and after a few days, we felt we knew how to get around. There are many shops within walking distance of the condo, and we had fun exploring the local area. I will recommend this place to all my friends. We will certainly remember the owner's kindness and helpfulness and will stay again when visiting the city.

  Just got back from my first trip to New York, this apartment and the owner Quaizar are just wonderful, the location was so convenient to the subway, Citi field, and the airport, it is really only about 15 minutes to LGA airport !!. My son and I went into Manhatten a number of times on the subway and really enjoyed the whole experience. The apartment was first class and we loved staying in a REAL queens neighborhood. We may be going back to New York in October and I hope the apartment is available because we would love to stay there again.

  MY FRIEND & I WERE LOOKING FOR AN AFFORDABLE VACATION RENTAL IN THE NEW YORK CITY AREA, & WE CAME ACROSS THIS VR CONDO WHICH WAS CONVENIENT AND AT A GREAT PRICE. IT WAS A 3 MINUTE WALK FROM THE CONDO TO THE SUBWAY, WHICH BROUGHT US TO MANHATTHAN AND OTHER DESTINATIONS. MY FRIEND AND I BOTH LOVE THIS. I SLEPT COMFORTABLY ON THE CONVERTABLE SOFA IN THE LIVING ROOM WITH A HUGE TV, WHILE MY FRIEND SLEPT IN THE BEDROOM WITH INTERNET AND NETFLIX THIS CONDO WAS PERFECT FOR THE TWO OF US. IT WAS CLEAN WITH A GREAT ATMOSPHERE. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN, THE HOSPITALITY WAS GREAT. WE HAVE TOLD ALL OUR FRIENDS & FAMILY ABOUT THIS CONDO.   My adult daughter and I had a great visit to New York, June1st to the 5th. We stayed in this very nice condo unit. Everything was very clean and new. The owner was very nice and helpful. The subway is very close, and we felt safe walking the few blocks back to the condo even late at night.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  My friend and I were desperately looking for a place to stay in the NYC area, something that was affordable, and convenient to travel back and forth from to the city. We got both here. We were treated really well by the Owner, the apartment was spotless, and the all the little things about this apartment made it a One big enjoyable experience. Like the Jacuzzi like stand-up shower was very neat, and the Google TV in bedroom was really cool too. The bedroom bed was HUGE too, and could have fit both my friend and I on it, but there was also the large sofa-bed in the living room, so it eliminated the need to share. This place was good and we enjoyed it, and will be sure to let all our friends back home know that there is a welcoming place here in New York.

  My wife and myself along with our son stayed in this beautiful place. This condo was perfect for our little family. Our son was able to comfortably sleep on the convertible sofa bed in the living room and we slept in the bedroom. We loved the fact that we were a three minute walk away from a train that got us into Manhattan. Back at the condo the two TVs kept us well entertained. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

  My husband and I just stayed here for our three day vacation in the city, and we have to say, we both loved the place. Everything was immaculately clean and the experience was awesome. We had a Google TV in the bedroom, which made surfing a great experience. The living room had a large screen TV. It was perfect size for us and very affordable. It was a short walk from the subway station that led us straight into Manhattan. Very safe neighborhood too. I will definitely stay here again!

  Spent a week in Nyc. The apartment was clean.well stocked. There was milk and orange juice in the fridge on my arrival which was nice. market close by to get more supplies for breakfast. Close to the subway and good food in the neighborhood. Modern decor with internet and Netflix family neighborhood.

  When you are visiting a place like NYC, there are many things you need to be mindful of - where to stay, whether the hotel/rental apartment is nice and clean, how convenient the transportation is, how convenient the food and grocery shopping is and whether you can find a person or a friend to ask questions if you are lost or need help. Here in these apartments, we truly got all the best and were worry-free. Quaizar and his clean, refreshing and fully-loaded rental apartments met and exceeded our expectations. We had a blast in NYC and delighted when we returned to the apartments at night. We visited NYC as strangers, but with the top-notch apartments and help that Qauizar provided, we felt like stayed with a long time good friend! We will recommend it to our friends and families anytime and every time and we will be back! A few tips for staying with these five-star (based on our rating) apartments: 1. If you have any questions about how to get around in the area and the city, do not hesitate to call Quizar. Even if he misses your call, he will call you back right away. 2. If you feel like that anything in the apartment is not up to your standard, please let Quaizar know. He will listen to you and make improvements. 3. If you have a car with you, do not hesitate to let Quaizar know. He will definitely help you and let you know which side of the street to park so you would not get a parking ticket due to ignorance. NYC has many treasures. The most unlikely treasure is Quaizar and his apartments! Go Quaizar!
