Spend your vacation directly on 200 feet of beautiful private beach in Destin's premier vacation community of Crystal Beach. This townhome has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and sleeps 8 to 10 guests.
As the most westerly town home, guests enjoy the wide open feel and views since there is nothing on the west side on the building. All west windows show large expansive views of the beach. A family's second home share the east side and it is not a rental unit. Only 5 of the 8 town homes are rentals. Plenty of peace and quiet, privacy AND space.
The beach and Gulf of Mexico are right outside of the back door. Your family will enjoy the private covered patio with gas grill and dining set up, spacious decks, and beautiful pool just 15 steps from the front door.
Panoramic views are visible from the deck and from two furnished balcony/decks where you can sip morning coffee while watching dolphins play, or relax and drink in the beauty of the sunsets while breathing in the fresh sea air. Stucco walls separate this town home from the one on east side. You can drink, dine, read and relax on each of the three floors without seeing neighbors next door.
This west end townhome provides privacy, westerly windows, lots of light, an open feel and expansive beach views from inside the home. There is no foot traffic crossing your deck and no buildings blocking westerly views from the living/dining area or the master suite.
The layout of this home is as follows:
EXTERIOR: SWIMMING POOL just 15 steps from the front door.
COVERED furnished patio with gas BBQ
grill, furnished deck, and outdoor shower to wash off the sand. A second kitchen serves this deck.
SECOND FLOOR: Living/dining/kitchen, furnished balcony, fully equipped kitchen, QUEEN BEDROOM and adjoining bath, laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
THIRD FLOOR: King MASTER Suite with large JACUZZI tub, spacious bathroom with double vanities, large walk in shower and private balcony overlooking the beach.
On the north end is a BEDROOM with solid wood frame under twin bunk beds. There are no springs to sag in the bottom of the bunks. Also, an extra pullout twin mattress in the bunk bedroom.
GROUND FLOOR STUDIO APARTMENT and PRIVATE COVERED FURNISHED PATIO AND DECK: Walk right out to the patio and deck from the studio.
The studio serves as a fourth bedroom, as a private unit, or as a family hangout during the day. It has a small complete kitchen, comfortable QUEEN Murphy bed which features a standard queen size box springs and mattress that is regular height when pulled down. Easy to pull down and push up to get out of the way in order to enjoy another living area with bar and kitchen There is a step-in shower in the bathroom.
The studio is ideal for guests who want to be close to everyone yet have their own separate ground level quarters with no stairs to climb, where they can walk right in from their car to their quarters and right out onto the patio and deck to enjoy the beach. Upstairs guests who don't want to disturb late sleepers in the studio can still access the beach via a side door.
There are THREE PARKING SPACES near the front door for your vehicles.
LOCATION TO DESTIN AMENITIES:
You will be conveniently located in walking distance from Destin Commons Mall which features a multi- screen theatre, bungee jumping, rock climbing, run through fountains, shopping and many restaurants geared for kids to adults. Very close by you will find the Rave Theater, Publix Super Market, Fresh Market, Stein Mart, Belk's Department Store, Old Navy, Bass Pro Shop and many more stores.
WalMart Super Store is a 5 minute drive away and family attractions are close by too. Restaurants abound, many with their own fishing fleets serving delicious fresh Gulf seafood such as Dewey Destin's, Pompano Joe's, The Back Porch, Marina,Cafe to name but a few. There is something to satisfy every palate in the Destin area.

The location was excellent; easy access to all of downtown Destin yet far enough away to feel peaceful. Plenty of peaceful mornings and evenings with immediate access to the beach made it an ideal vacation spot. Great for a morning strolls or just sitting on one of the patios watching the sun come up or go down. Sharing the deck with other tenants was never an issue. The home layout easily accommodated all eight of us, especially the young adults having the lower floor as their own private haven and finding the steam shower as an unexpected surprise. Had no problems with anything home related (home owner was very helpful) . The beach was great – sand was so soft (great for making sand sculptures!), clean, and the shore was weed free. Hope to go back! Loved it!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT WE HAVE VISITED THIS PROPERTY. LIKE THE FIRST TIME, IT WAS FANTASTIC. ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME AND MORE. THE VIEW OF THE SUN RISING AND SETTING WAS BEAUTIFUL. FOUR OF THE MORNINGS THAT WE WERE SITTING ON THE SECOND FLOOR DECK, WE WERE ABLE TO SEE DOLPHINS SWIMMING BY. THIS IS THE PERFECT PLACE TO BRING YOUR FAMILY AND FREINDS FOR A GREAT VACATION OR JUST FOR A SHORT TIME GETAWAY. This was my second stay here and I would stay here again. It is a great place. Incredible location right on the beach. Big deck and there is plenty of room and I used all of it on this stay. The owner is great and really wants her guests to have a great time. Destin is a lovely town with a lot to do. The place is within walking distance of the Destin Commons Mall. There are a lot of restaurants, shopping, and of course, the pure white sand beach right outside the door. I highly recommend.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

I am very picky when it comes to where my family will stay when vacationing in Destin. I am thrilled that I finally found a place that fits all of my criteria. We stayed for a week in 2011 and loved it. Big enough for a large family, clean and well-maintained, directly on the beach, full-size washer & dryer, non-crowded pool, large space for kids to play, full kitchen, close to entertainment/restaurants, nice owners who are responsive. The pictures and listing are accurate. I highly recommend this property and have already booked it for our 2012 vacation.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

With a warm winter we decided we needed a beach trip. This townhouse was a perfect spot and we can't wait to come back this summer!! The townhouse had everything we needed inside and out: a great big deck with a gas grill for cooking and dining. Cocktails are great on the deck of the living room. And there is a deck off the master bedroom quiet enough for reading. The views are fantastic with plenty to see since there is no building next door to get in the way. You can walk to see so much too!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Being right on the beach in the Crystal Beach area of Destin is fantastic but this town home is unique. It offers great views from 3 different levels and since my townhome is on the far west side there are no buildings next door to obstruct the view. It's quiet and private! Only 4 of these 8 town homes are rentals. This is the only beachfront property in Crystal Beach that offers a 4 bedroom rental with 3 separate floors, 3 separate decks and 3 separate views.

At the last minute, we were able to secure this wonderful townhouse on the beach for a few nights. We found it to be everything it was described to be and then some. Very nicely decorated; lots of amenities; short walk down the stairs to beautiful sugar sand beach; reserved chairs and umbrellas on the beach; clean pool only a few feet from the door; color TVs every where; fireplaces (not that you need them in August) were beautiful as well. Would highly recommend this location and owner to anyone planning on staying in Destin. This location is only 5 minutes from grocery store and lots of restaurants. Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes up the road. Golf is every where and close. This is a private family beach. Perfect place for children of all ages or a couples get away!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
