The property also has a 2-car secure garage and with more parking spots, you can fit 8-10 cars total on the lot.
Pebble Beach Seascape is a charming spacious 2500 sq ft. (approx) beach house. Located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Pebble Beach and stepping /walking distance to The Pebble Beach Lodge, Stillwater Cove Beach, The Pebble Beach Golf Course & Peter Hayes Golf Course and the PB Equestrian Center.

We came here this weekend with a group 0f Gals for a Bachelorette Party. From the beginning to the end it was a great experience. The property Manager Christina was an absolute doll and very helpful. She but me in contact with all the appropriate stuff that I needed to make our bachelorette girls weekend a great success.. We arrived friday night and had multiple cars, and as she stated had no problem parking all of them. The place had a great size great room which we all were able to fit comfortably in there for our evening events. We loved the location and was an easy walk for us to go check out the golfers at the lodge. Which we had a blast hanging out at the bar in the resort and walking to the dayspa. The house was very clean and even though it had a vintage retro feel, it felt like we were staying at one of our families homes. Plus they allowed us to bring the brides dog, which was really important to her. Our weekend was perfect and we will be coming back over the summer for another bachelorette party.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

We agree with the previous review (Nika). The location of the house if great, but it is very dated and needs a MEGA, SUPER cleaning.Recommended for: Pet owners.

Plus, we have plans in the future to do some updating to the interior and exterior of the property. I just stayed here from Dec. 9-17. I LOVE the location, the floor plan, view from the deck and bedroom. The master bed is very comfortable - especially now that it has a new foam topper. The service from management is great too. BUT this home needs some serious updates and a DEEP cleaning. After that I will be back for SURE!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location on a street with multi-million dollar homes and walking distance to Pebble Beach Lodge and their shops and restaurants. Close to Carmel too, 10-15 minute drive. The house is older probably one of the original ones but in good shape and very clean. Well-stocked kitchen, great deck. Plus it's very affordable for the area. We would stay there again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.
