The fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops will make preparing your meals easy AND fun. All you need to whip up snacks for the beach, or a gourmet dining extravaganza is there for your use. There’s a coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, microwave, and all baking and cooking utensils you will need. We even keep the basic spices and condiments in stock so you don’t have to buy those for your meals. A dining room table makes it easy to relax and linger over a fine meal. Or you can eat quickly at the Kitchen counter with bar stools. And we’ll always provide coffee and microwave popcorn for those early mornings or late night cravings – just a way to welcome you to your vacation.
The Master Suite is designed with comfort in mind. A dramatic four-poster King sized bed with Premium Quality Mattress envelopes you at the end of the day for a wonderful night’s sleep. All our furniture is high quality and a fully appointed bathroom with tub allows you to escape from the pressures of vacationing if you need to! A Flat screen TV and DVD player are there to further enhance your relaxing getaway. Blackout curtains let you sleep uninterrupted. You let in the Glorious Florida Sunshine when YOU choose to!
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, also with TV and DVD player, so your guests can have privacy and get a good night’s sleep, or stay entertained.Both rooms have dressers for plenty of storage space so you can unpack, put the suitcases away and not think about having to return home.
The Living Room also has a 37' Flat Screen TV and DVD player with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining after your vacationing day has ended. We also have stocked the condo with a collection of Beach Themed DVD’s! We know you don’t come to the beach to stay inside and watch TV! But sometimes you might need an escape from all that sunshine and sand.The sofa also pulls out to a Queen sleeper that accommodates 2. There are also books and games and puzzles for those days when you’re just beached out (As if that can really ever happen??!)
Our paradise is business friendly too! High Speed internet and Wi-Fi means you can bring your computer if you HAVE to work or stay in touch. Or you can use our PC that is provided for your convenience and you don’t have to lug yours along! It’s equipped with the basic Microsoft Office programs, internet, and a few games so you can travel light. We also have an iPod docking stereo so you can bring your own tunes and plug them in at the condo.
Local and Domestic Long Distance phone calls are FREE.There is a safe provided for you to lock your valuables in if you want to. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room to keep everyone crisp and clean during your stay so you can travel light. The Condo was everything we expected it to be, as the owner's photo's accurately reflected the rental's appearance. It was very clean. Bill was very helpful in answering any questions or concern's. The view was absolutely beautiful..Watched the sun set every evening, it was gorgeous! Loved the location, close to most every thing that we wanted..Love Margaritaville and the little shops at Pier Park..Visited Pineapple Willies. The Margarita's at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville are the best that I have found on the beach..Tried the Boar's Head, it was great. My only complaint is that the outdoor pools were to cold. The one on West end being the coldest. Spent lot's of time on beach!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had a great stay in PCB last week! I do not have one negative thing to say about the condo...it was perfect! Bill was so easy to work with and very quick to respond to emails. Really enjoyed our stay at this fabulous unit iin well maintained Tidewater high rise. Great view and easy access to white sand beach and nearby entrrrtainment. The two bed unit had all the amenities to make our short stay enjoyable. It was clean and the layout was perfect for two couples. We hope to return again next year, and will have this unit at the top of our list.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo from 1/25 - 3/31/13. The location was excellent. We were very close to Pier Park, which had a lot of restaurants and great shopping. The furniture is just as described in the pictures and the beds are very comfortable. I wished I could have taken the beds back home with me. We had visitors throughout our stay and they all commented on how nice the condo was decorated and that it was very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed for making your meals. We enjoyed having a corner unit, because there were a lot of windows which had great views. We also spent time relaxing on the balcony. The owner of the unit was outstanding. He definitely is a great guy to rent from and responds immediately to any questions. This condo is located in a very clean and secure complex and has 2 huge outdoor pools, sauna, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and an outstanding heated indoor pool, which our grandchildren loved. We were in it every day. We never had to worry about carrying a key for the condo, because we had a code to get in which made it very convenient. It was the perfect winter get away! Thanks again Bill for renting to us.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This condo is well stocked with a great view. The owner Bill is great with quick responses, and refunded our deposit quickly after inspection. The condo was very clean and very well stocked. The location couldnt have been better. Right on the beach with superb views. We loved the condo and enjoyed our 5 day stay. We had a great stay while here. Everything is just so beautiful!!! The convenience of shopping, sites, etc. couldn't be better. Will definitely be coming back to tidewater. The place is perfect for all your needs!! The view from the unit was beautiful, and you had everything you need for your stay. Popcorn, Coffee, seasonings, etc. and the owner is very pleasant to speak with. Pier park was our favorite place to go during our stay and since it was so close to the place we often walked!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

This condo was very nice. Beautiful view of the ocean and the pool. Very clean and well maintained and everything you need during your stay. Panama city was beautiful and we plan to come back again. We would definately recommend this place and would stay here again on return. The owner was very nice and returned our deposit the day after we left. About the owner: This condo is owned by a group of friends who love to travel and vacation together. The beach has always been one of our favorite destinations and finally we decided to “take the plunge” and buy this beautiful unit together. When we can’t use it, it’s available for you!

We like leaving the car parked the entire time we are here! It’s easy to do at Tidewater because so many things are close at hand and within walking or biking distance. The beach is 2 minutes from the condo door! The fresh seafood shop, the Winn-Dixie, the CVS, public Library, Pier Park and restaurants are all close at hand without a car! And it’s just so relaxing to sit on the balcony and watch the awesome views and the dolphins playing in the water!
