HILTON HEAD ISLAND. Beautifully decorated inside and out, this Palmetto Dunes four-bedroom lakefront home is a terrific choice for your Hilton Head Island getaway.
The living and dining areas are very bright and open with tall cathedral ceilings and windows lining the back of the home. Here you will find matching comfortable sofa and loveseat as well as two chairs for relaxing. There is a game table perfect for puzzles or Scrabble overlooking the pool and lake.
In the custom entertainment center you will find a 52” flat-screen TV, DVD/VHS/CD player with surround sound, beautiful granite gas fireplace, and a slider to the backyard overlooking the pool and lake views.
The dining area has seating for ten people and also offers a sliding door to the back as well. The newly renovated gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, updated appliances, a built-in breakfast table with seating for an additional four people, as well as 3 high-top chairs that face in to the kitchen.
In the first bedroom you will find two double beds, flat-screen TV, and a Jack and Jill bathroom that is shared with the second bedroom. This bathroom features a single sink and a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom offers a king bed and a flat-screen TV.
Just down the hall is where you will find the master bedroom, which has a king bed, slider to the deck with great pool and lake views, and a large private bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and separate stand-up shower. There is also a large walk-in closet.
Thirteen steps up a spiral staircase will bring you to the fourth bedroom, which is perfect for the kids in the group. In this room you will find three twin beds, two chairs facing a large flat-screen TV with DVD player and Playstation game console. This loft-style bedroom also looks down to the main living room below and has a private bathroom with a stand-up shower.
Outside you will find an amazing backyard with plenty of seating around your large pool (gets plenty of sun!) with beautiful lake views for even more enjoyment!
Get to the beach via a scenic 10 minute bike ride. The home is located on the 5+ row in a quiet, lush neighborhood entered through the North Security gate. You can fish or kayak/canoe on the lake - and enjoy some fantastic birdwatching.
This home is sure to please everyone of all ages!

We loved this house. It's sunny, freshly decorated, in mint condition, and exceptionally comfortable with all the amenities you could want. It's quiet with lush landscaping and great wildlife, and just a quick bike ride to the beach, golf, or tennis. We had a full house but there was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and be comfortable. The kitchen is huge and perfectly set up for everyone to cook and eat together. We enjoyed the pool and the lake out back. My husband caught many large bass fishing from their shorefront. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

This home is located within a quiet neigborhood yet nestled away and has a secluded feel to it with a lovely view of the lake. The high ceilings and open floor plan gives an expansive feeling in this peaceful setting. The beach is a short walk or bike ride away. This home is extremely comfortable, relaxing and ideal for a getaway, with plenty to do nearby.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

I loved staying here in that I am a real stickler for clean and fresh. This rental really hit the mark. The interior is done in sky blues and beach sand off whites, with a new kitchen. All the bedding is new, very clean and pretty. We rented bikes and rode to the beach every day. The backyard pool was fun and the view of the pond very calming. Oh, yes, I can't forget the wonderful concert the frogs gave every night. It was a wonderful vacation and I would definitely come again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
