  We are loathed to tell everyone how great this place is as we want to keep it a secret.. It is bright, clean, modern and well appointed and wonderful value. Ideal for a family of four or two couples. The pool, although not huge was excellent after a day in the sun (and we were about the only people to use it during our stay). For those who are aware of safety, you have to pass through two security gates to get to the building, although La Paz is a wonderful place and we never felt worried or concerned wandering around the streets any time, night or day. Having a car is probably best (shaded parking provided), although the walk to the Malecon is great going down the winding cobbled road, but could be a challenge coming back up! Simon, the property manager, was great and very helpful...thanks for organising the horse riding on the beach (which is a must do...ask him for details) which our daughters still talk about. The beaches along the coast (passed the Baja ferry terminal) are to die for, crystal clear water, white sand, safe and generally empty (Baladra is amazing and children will love it) and there was always something going on in the city. Great restaurants and extremely well priced food and drink. Forget Cabo and it's huge condo developments and crowds, go to La Paz, it is worth the drive (the coast road is excellent and almost completely two lanes, bit of a dog-leg at Todos Los Santos, but that just means you get to see this lovely town which is worth the visit. The pictures (whilst good) do not really illustrate how amazing the place is and a bonus (for us at least) was the fact that the unit has its own washer/dryer so you really need only take a minimal amount of clothes as it is so easy to wash and dry things.. Great accommodation, wonder city, lovely people, so why are you still reading this, go, now! Just one note of caution and does not reflect upon the property at all, but a new condo is being built next door (does not effect the view at all) and work starts early (7.00am) so it can be a little noisy at times. Work should be completed by the end of the year though.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  The property is just as described.Very clean and very well equipped-just missing a kettle for tea! The pool was available as well as a wonderful seating and BBQ area. Bit away from the malecon and downtown area as we did not rent a car. There was a fair amount of walking involved to get down the hill. However ,after shopping or dining it was always easy to get a taxi to take us back up the hill.We used a driver for a couple of trips. He was very knowledgeable about his country and took us to the three local beaches. I would recommend this property for a more mature type of person. If you had a car it might make it easier but you would miss out on all the back streets and out of the way places you see when walking. The property manager was very helpful and gave us lots of tips that made our stay most pleasant.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Me and my wife as well as another couple stayed in this condominium, working out at about $20US a night each which is far cheaper than we could find elsewhere. The building and the unit are brand new and everything is in perfect working order. The unit itself is on the 3rd floor on top of the hill overlooking La Paz. It gave us some fantastic city and ocean views and to our surprise was an amazing spot to watch eagles as they were so close, it was fantastic! We met the maintenance manager whilst we were there and he was very helpful even though he was very busy overseeing some work on a nearby condominium. The pool was small but perfectly sized for a quick dip each morning before we went out exploring La Paz. We will certainly be coming back again, particularly if it continues to stay so well priced.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing.
