We stayed a week at The Bradbury House in August. It was a wonderful experience! So pleasant and everything was just as we expected from the website. The owners and employees could not have been any more professional, helpful and accommodating. It was so nice to be at "home" while on vacation. The location was great and I was able to walk to window shop and just browse around town. It is in a very nice and pleasant neighborhood. We would (and have) recommended The Bradbury to our family and friends and we would not hesitate to stay there again. As a matter of fact, we are looking forward to it! Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Pros: Beautifully refinished and clean. All new appliances/fixtures function properly. Plenty of hot water for the whole gang to shower. Comfortable beds. Lots of space--great for families and groups. Less than 5 minute walk to main drag, restaurants, shops, gas station, etc. Short drive to outfitters (10 minutes or so). Nice private back yard where you can unwind from the day. Front porch is a great spot to have morning coffee/tea and watch the sun rise. Master bath with claw-foot tub especially charming. Cons: No specific flaws with the property, but couples be advised: due to size of the space, it lacks a bit of intimacy with just the two of you. Not saying to avoid for romantic getaways, but be aware the two of you will have a lot of house to share.
Owner response:For those of you who have had a bad experience sleeping away from home, I bet it was because of the poor condition of the bed. That was an important consideration for us when we selected the King and Queen beds, that they must be supportive and very comfortable!
