Located in downtown Telluride, This Luxurious 5 star 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath Element 52 Penthouse Condo offers seclusion, privacy and spectacular views. Surrounded by open space to east with panaramic views of the Mountains and with the San Miguel River to the north, The river / bike path offers easy access to the town of Telluride for dining and shopping. The free gondola will take you to Mountain Village. The Condo mirrors the rich palette for which Colorado is renowned. The Element 52 complex host many amenities: the funicular (small cog rail) is up and running which will transport you directly from the complex to a ski trail that accesses both town lifts; massive soaking pools are now in and a ski valet and ski storage are at your disposal. The complex also boasts a brand new club room (The Te-Bar) for apres ski enjoyment and fully equipped gym. Unit A11 features a full gourmet kitchen with a Viking stove and soapstone counters, a gas-log fireplace, one bath per bedroom, master with a whirlpool tub and steam shower, a washer and dryer, and a state-of-the-art telephone and security system. My family and I stayed here recently and this beautiful, spacious Condo must be one of the more luxurious units in the town of Telluride. All the appliances and appointments were top of the line. The bedrooms and baths were very spacious and comfortable. We could walk everywhere with no need for a car to the amazing shops and restaurants. Great workout room and beautiful new lobby. Enjoyed the outdoor hot tubs. Summer here is fantastic weather but we will definitely return in the winter to try skiing. I highly recommend Telluride for it's beautiful small town charm and this wonderful condominum. Memphis TNRecommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
