Our Nature Retreat in Seabrook Island's coveted Creek Watch Villas boasts a spectacular view of a tidal marsh, with osprey, green heron, blue heron, king fishers and deer regularly making an appearance. Seabrook has more species of birds than any other area in South Carolina. One can access the marshes easily from the boat landing (kayaks and canoes are welcome!). There is a crabbing dock on premises as well for a unique catch-and-eat dining experience. Families of all ages will enjoy bike rides on the beach, daily dolphin sightings just feet from the shoreline, fishing and crabbing in the ocean, lagoons and marshes and unique seashell collecting.
This exclusive gated community also offers a shared pool just steps away from your villa, a full-sized equestrian center that provides both trail and beach rides and a nearby marina for boat rentals. Affordable and luxurious, this retreat has something for everyone!
Seabrook Island is a private resort located 23 miles south of famous (historic) Charleston. Seabrook’s 2200 acres of maritime forest provide peaceful seclusion and wondrous nature viewing, including over 80 species of birds, varied wildlife and endless majestic oaks.
The Island’s two and a half miles of pristine beaches are uncrowded and easily accessible, with boardwalk paths and ample parking. The islands 25 mile speed limit and rental services provide a safe, fun biking, rollerblading and fitness experience.
The equestrian center offers everything from pony rides to advanced trail rides to the beach. Nature cruises, kayaking, boat rentals and dolphins tours are available at the adjacent Bohicket Marina, which also has several restaurant selections.
There is a medical facility and bank, as well as a wide range of exclusive shopping, at Fresh Fields Village less than a mile from the gate. All of these activities and peaceful seclusion make it hard to leave. No Smoking, Please!

We purchased this villa because Seabrook Island exemplifies the true treasures of the Lowcountry and has a very green, natural ethic. It is also located on the only boat landing on the island and is rich with wildlife. We love the island and we are sure you will, too.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love the secluded beach and easy bike rides around the island. Our favorite activities are kayaking up Cap'n Sam's Creek to the ocean and watching the dolphins at Kiawah River inlet.

This Creek Watch Villa was a great place to stay- the location is perfect- a short drive to either North Beach or Pelican. The marsh view was great with a good amount of privacy. The condo was very clean and well equipped. Communication with Barry was excellent- we ended up staying an additional night. We love Seabrook and when we return we hope to stay here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers.

We just got back from our vacation at Seabrook Island. My husband had his Airforce reunion and we have stayed at Seabrook Island for the past 7 or 8 years. this condo was very nice and Barry was so very easy to work with. The view is very nice and is one of only a few of the condo areas with its own pool which is only a few steps away. We hope to return next year!!!!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

You're right. We did love our meal at Magnolia's. We also enjoyed our stay. The villa had more than we needed. We will keep you in mind for our next visit which I hope will be soon.

This was the most relaxing vacations I have had in years. The veiws of the marsh and the wildlife was great. The villa was all that was promised and very nice. I could sit on the porch for hours and watch the birds. The kids loved the pool and the beaches were great.. very quiet and not crowded. We will be back and I have already got freinds who want to have the same experience!
