  My previous review of this condo is one of current reviews posted on here (my husband and I got engaged while vacationing last year). I am now writing another review because I am hoping that this will get to the owner. We booked our Summer vacation at this condo again after having a WONDERFUL time last year and we thought it would be nice to come back to the same place as an anniversary trip of our engagement. We were SO looking forward to our visit, unfortunately, Hurricane Isaac ruined everything and we were only able to stay 36 hours of our intended 5 day stay. We are from Louisiana and with the storm projected to land anywhere from Destin to New Orleans, we needed to leave to be able to take care of our home and family in LA in addition to not feeling that it was necessarily safe or smart to stay ON the beach with a storm projected to make landfall. When we booked this trip we purchased CSA travel insurance which I feel was a waste. The owner called the condo the night before we left to ask how the weather was and what our plans were and to ask that we please bring the balcony furniture inside (which we did of course!) We love this condo! We hope to make this our annual spot to vacation at but we are very disappointed that CSA Travel Insurance appears to be a joke, Ocean Reef Rentals has not been helpful at all and it's a shame. We would love nothing more to be able to come back to this condo and recommend it to our family and friends but will certainly not do so because of our bad experience this time around. I don't expect a refund for the days we lost for our trip but I think a credit would be fair.We were planning to come back in January or February for a few days just to enjoy being in Destin but I can't in good faith put our hard earned money into a vacation that we could lose out on again. I hope that this "review" was not in vain and that the owner sees this and knows how much we appreciate having a such a great place to stay when we come to Destin but is aware of how disappointed we are that this happened. Thank you for your time.

  Absolutely loved our stay at this condo last summer! Especially since my husband and I got engaged on the balcony :) Beautiful condo, well maintained and the little extras that come along with it have made it our new favorite to stay at in Destin, Close to outlet mall and grocery stores.The owners have definitely gone above and beyond with making this condo enjoyable for it's guests. Just booked our stay for August 2012!!

  Super view right on the beach ! No high rise or traffic noise ! Everything was clean and decorated for the beach life. Ate dinner on the deck while the sun set providing a wonderful experience. Will definitely go back and request this unit. The professional touch really made our stay memorable. Tom and Regina

  This condo was truly amazing! It was very clean and decorated beautifully. The condo is right on the beach with a perfect view of the gulf and the white sand beaches. It was a peaceful and relaxing home away from home. It was our first trip to Destin and we will be back!

  This is the cleanest condo we have ever rented at Destin - the furniture and decor is beautiful. The patio is perfect to have lunch or to sit and play cards while enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. The pool is right off the beach - the kids loved it!! I would definitely recommend this condo - I know my family will be going back!!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

  Stayed May 22, thru May 27. Condo location was fantastic, very clean. Pool was perfect and easy short walk to beach. Especially enjoyed the blue ray player. We enjoyed Poppys in Sandestin. I would strongly recommend Windancer 310 to anyone. Beds were extremely comfortable. We will be going back to the same unit.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing.
