About the property.....
If you have been to Lake Tulloch, this is the house that you have always wondered about... all by itself on the point... private while being in the middle of everything.. the amazing views...the waterslide... it became available for rent for the first time ever in 2011. This property was built by the developer of the Lake Tulloch Resort, Poker Flat, Connor Estates, and other properties on Tulloch as his own personal lakefront home. Now you can enjoy this rare property.
We aquired this property in July 2011 and started the long process of upgrading and updating in order to provide an excellent quality vacation experience. Since the end of the summer 2011 season, we have already completed the following:
1. A totally remodeled game room that is complete with large flat panel TV, brand new pool table, shuffleboard, ping pong, and air hockey (the later two are behind separate glass doors to minimize noise in the rest of the room). Filled with comfortable furniture, this Irish Pub styled area is a real treat for the entire family after a long day out on the lake!
2. All new living room furniture including sofas, and new large screen flat panel.
3. Upgraded bedroom furniture and amenities.
4. Waterfront hot tub with spectacular views.
As of May, 2013 there is a new kitchen. Other new and coming amenities will be announced shortly. Previous renters are going to notice several very awesome changes to the house.
Some pictures reflect the propety as we got it in July, 2011. The previous owners had several decades of using this as a personal home and we done quite a bit of modernizing and upgrading to bring this to the quality of a modern day rental. Some of you have rented our other waterfront home on Tulloch (the number one rented house on the lake before that Poker Flat HOA banned short term rentals) and are aware that we are experienced in providing quality amenities at a great price.
There is not another house on the lake that can accomodate your group like this one can. 5 bedrooms are set up for couple sleeping with comfortable queen sized beds. The remaining three bedrooms are set up for group sleeping. Guest bedroom one has two bunk beds, guest bedroom two has a twin and a day bed, and the former master bedroom is set up with three bunk beds, a day bed, and a futon. Most of the beds and mattresses are brand new as of 2011 or 2012. There are seven bathrooms with three of them being attached to a bedroom.
In totoal, this house will sleep 17 individuals in their own bed AND 10 persons as a couple sharing a bed for a total of 27. This is a house 2-3 families can split without sacrificing space and comfort. You have about an acre of land and there are no neighbors.There are views from nearly everywhere on the property.
You cannot replicate this home or this experience anywhere on Lake Tulloch.

My colleagues and I rented this house for a retreat and had a great time. The view of the lake is amazing. The house was huge and had enough beds to offer privacy for a large group. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the dishes, utensils, pots and pans you might need to make a feast to feed an army. There were plenty of clean towels for everyone for showers and swimming. The water slide is lots of fun and the area down by the lake is a nice spot to sit out in the sun. There are steps going down into the lake, which made it easy to get into the lake for those who didn’t want to brave the waterslide. I also really enjoyed the hammock underneath the waterslide for a little time-out with a good book. The property is large enough that even in a very large group, I never felt crowded. The rental process was very straightforward and the owner and caretakers were very helpful. If you don’t want to spend all day on the lake, the surrounding area has all kinds of things to do, from river rafting to wine tasting. Overall, I highly recommend this house and look forward to returning some day.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway.

If you have ever wanted to stay in one of the best houses on the Lake this is it!!! We have stayed in other houses on this lake and none compare to this one. The house was more then we expected and exceeded all off our imaginations. Tons of room for a big group, lots of privacy, a freaking waterslide!!, kids have easy access to the water with the steps into the water, awesome game room( where we spent countless hours) and one of the most breath taking views on the lake. We had toddlers, teenagers, parents and grandparents on our stay and fun was had by all. The owner was more then availble to help with any needs and is great to deal with. I look forward to dealing with him again, he makes the whole process so easy. Thank you for letting us stay in your house for the week, this was on of the best times we have ever had. My family is still talking about it and we are already planning next years stay! Thank you!!!!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We rented this home Memorial day Weekend 2012. The property description was totally accurate and the photos too!! It was very clean, equipped with supplies (for those of us who forget things at home, great location, action packed during the day and very peaceful in the evening and the rental process made simple! We had a wide age range of children with us and there was something to entertain each and every one of them! There is absolutely no better home than this one to rent on the lake!!! I am already planning our next stay here!!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

2013 Summer Rates:$6,750 per week(six night stay). Other summer rates: $1,000 non refundable security deposit required to book.Cleaning fee is deducted. One Night Stay: $3,000. Two Night Stay: $4,500. Three Night Stay: $5,500 Four Night Stay: $6,100. Five Night stay: $6,550. $350 cleaning fee applies to a stay of any duration.
