Great property! Our party included my Mom, my girl friend and I. The two bedrooms are set at opposite ends of the house to provide privacy which was perfect. The deck was great for watching the sunset or grabbing some lazy rays. The kitchen worked out great for us. We cooked a few times and had everything that we needed for prep. Working with Robert, the owner, and Jamie, the property manager, was easy. It was nice to get a phone call a few times just checking up. I would definitely recommend this property for couples or families.

SeaScape (Rental 358261) was everything they promised plus. The view from the living area and deck was unbelievable. Watching the sun set and the ships leave port was something we could never get tired of. All the appliances, bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. were all in working and in great condition. We even used the beach chairs. It truly was more than we had expected. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again.

We had a great stay here with friends who had sailed over from Puerto Rico in their own boat. We loved watching the cruise ships come and go and the beach down at the resort was great for swimming. We explored the whole island from here as it was a great location. It was a little difficult to find but this was overcome by having the property manager meet us and guide us there and tell us where to eat and shop. It was a great vacation.

This place is great; my girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in early January 2013. The owner and property manager are prompt and available for any questions and are very helpful. The property is in good condition, full kitchen with cookware and dishes/silverware, some spices and other supplies are on-site as are 3 sets of snorkeling gear (2 adult and 1 child size) plus beach chairs, a small cooler and beach towels. I'd definitely suggest renting a car on the island, you will want it to get around without taxi's. Within walking distance to the beach at BlueBeards Beach Club; off the beaten path to get away from the crowds and relax on the huge deck (with a grill) when you want to. Definitely would go back!

Owner response: Tony, thanks so much for taking some time to post a review. I appreciate your kind words, and look forward to hearing from you when you return to St. Thomas! Robert

Our entire family of four thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at Seascape and St. Thomas! Jamie, the property manager, met us after picking up our rental Jeep at the airport. He very nicely accompanied us to and in the local grocery store. We've never had such a more pleasant shopping experience, trying to take in all of Jamie's suggestions and answering our questions about island living. We then drove to the cottage, maneuvering through traffic, driving on the left, and negotiating some pretty hairy roads- following Jamie. Arriving at the cottage, we were introduced to all the amenities and how-to's in surviving a week on our own. He is truly a gem and we very much appreciated his help. Everything about the cottage was positive. It was cozy, comfortable, and convenient. Having a washer and a dryer was extremely helpful because we only had to pack for half the week! The one thing we would have wanted would have been a little bigger refrigerator. It needed to hold our delicious dinner leftovers and lots of beverages. The ocean view from the decks was outstanding, especially watching the water craft, from small sailboats to the cruise ships, relaxing with a glass of wine. Before long, we were headed down to the beach at Bluebeard's, a mere five-minute walk away! Most days, we spent some time there. Just remember to bring insect repellant! Iggy's restaurant, only about two miles away in Bolongo Bay, was our first introduction to island food and entertainment. It became a favorite. Depending on your style and "things to do" list, you are conveniently located! We enjoyed a sightseeing ride around the island to get a lay of the land before venturing to beautiful Magen's Bay, Mountaintop, Aqua World, the locals' friendly Coki Beach, the downtown area of cruise ships, restaurants, and shopping, and the Red Hook area. Don't be afraid to venture onto the various resort properties, as their beaches are all public! A ferry ride to Tortola (make sure you have a passport) brought swimming with the dolphins. A highlight of our stay was our all-day trip to St. John. Half of us walked, shopped, and relaxed at the Caneel Bay resort after a quick taxi ride, while the other two did a nine-mile hike of the National Forest and experienced nature in rare form. We didn't want to leave! Robert, the property owner, could not have been more helpful! When we asked a few questions about the island, his responses were very detailed and quite lengthy! Great fun

Upon arrival, we picked up our rental car and met Jamie (the caretaker) outside the airport. He took us to a grocery store. It was helpful to follow him while adjusting to driving on the left and orienting ourselves on the island. After stocking up, we followed him to the rental home. He explained how everything worked and where things were. He also answered any questions we had. The house had everything we needed. A full kitchen with a dishwasher which is a necessity to us since we are vegan. The shower was nice and the bed comfortable. The beach chairs were brand new. The neighborhood is quiet and the house private. We enjoyed taking a walk everyday and going to the beach. It's a small beach that wasn't overcrowded. It was nice being so close to Charlotte Amalie and Red Hook (about a 10 minute drive). We liked going for coffee everyday (Buddha or Bad Ass downtown or Lattes in Paradise in Red Hook). We loved our stay and were sorry to leave. The owner was very helpful answering all my questions by email beforehand and Jamie was available by cell phone while there. I hope to stay again when we're back in St. Thomas. FYI: if you need ice cold air conditioning, this rental isn't for you. Energy costs are high on the island and though this home has air conditioning, the temps are set to only go so low. It cools down at night and there are plenty of fans so it didn't bother us.

My husband and I and our adult daughter spent my birthday and the Christmas holiday in this comfortable, well equipped cottage. The view from the very private deck is spectacular with its parade of passing ships and boats of all sizes. The interior was clean and very much as pictured. It was just a short walk to Lime Tree Beach where we photographed ghost crabs and iguanas. We had Christmas dinner there served pool side. We tookthe ferry from Red Hook to St. John's and spent a pleasant day exploring the sugar plantation ruins and spectacular beaches. The owner was very helpful with tips and recommendations. The Seascape is your accommodation for a laid back, relaxing vacation.

The property was accurately depicted and described. The house was extremely comfortable and spacious for 2 people. The place was clean and well-maintained. The caretaker and owner were continually responsive to questions about the house and the area. We would recommend this property. Lime Tree beach was wonderful and being able to walk to it was a special treat. The view from the living room and deck was spectacular. The property is very convenient to towns and to shops, yet quiet and private. The roads are challenging to the uninitiated!
