The condo was excellent. To start with, Paul was very easy going and helpful. We signed up last minute and he was able to make it happen painlessly. The apartment was spacious, was close to what seemed like dozens of pools and nice tennis courts (my first time playing on clay), had a nice back porch, and was within walking distance to the beach. Paul had the place stocked as well, which was a really nice change from some bare-bones places I've stayed in the area. Everything from pots and pans, to tons of movies for those rainy days, to a barbecue, beach chairs, toys, ect. I look forward to coming back. My only recommendation would be to make sure you have the map Paul emails you handy on the way. The numbering system tripped us up and some of the house numbers were hard to see at night. -Ben V

Unit was very well kept, organized and ready for move in. It felt like a our home for a week. It was a central location for everything. We will look for this property in the future if available. Paul was very helpful in getting us our errant keys.THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Hi, this is Paul, the owner. I just wanted again to share some of the comments we received last year: April: "The condo was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly." June 20: "What we liked most about the condo was the proximity to everything, it was comfortable and perfect for a small family." July 19:"The condo was very nice and a great size and layout. Everything we needed was there!" July 26:"We liked the pools and the beach." August 2:"I liked the close proximity to the shopping center and the walking distance to the beach." August 9:"We made use of the Sea Colony amenities more than we expected, e.g. pools. The condo was a pleasant walk to the beach." August 16:"Easy walk to beach AND lap pools. My son saw some turtles at the pond with the swans--love the landscaping." September 21:"We liked the bike paths around Sea Colony and the outdoor pool. What a powerful ahower in the condo. We got a shower and a massage all in one!"

This is Paul. I'm a little late in doing this, but I want to post some comments that our tenants had last summer. We are just finishing painting and sprucing up the condo, and we have added another DVD player. Last summer's comments: July 14-21 family: "The condo was much nicer than we expected. Sea Colony is beautiful! Pools were wonderful! July 21-28 family: "The condo was perfectly situated to the tennis courts for Cary and our son Josh. . . . Although we had our own reading materials, your books were a terrific selection, unusual for a beach property." July 28-August 4: "We liked the shady balcony [deck] for breakfast or hanging out. The outdoor aquatic center pool nearby is very pleasant in the evening." August 4-11: "You are very generous to share beach toys, bikes, chairs and a grill. The bikes are truly a joy and make getting around so easy. . . .We rent houses quite a bit, and this was truly the best furnished. . . .The games, puzzles and videos were a huge help, the kids loved them and we had fun using them." August 11-18: "I love the pools, spinning classes and paths to walk/ride on. Nice and quiet here!"

This is Paul again. I thought I would once again put in a sentence or two from each tenant from last summer. mid-September: We really enjoyed your very cozy condo and all the facilities of Sea Colony. August 19-26: We had a nice stay. Very comfrotable. August 12-19: We enjoyed our stay at Bethany Beach again this year. Thanks for taking care of the ant problem. July 22-August 12: Enjoyed the location and all its amenities. It was nice having a TV in the guest room. July 15-22: We enjoyed the pool option at the beach. The tennis center and fitness center were pleasant surprises. The bikes were a bonus!

Hi, this is Paul, the owner. I have been derelict in soliciting comments from guests for the web site, but I thought I'd throw in a sentence from each August guest from last year. Aug. 28: "We enjoyed the Sea Colony beach and the activities." Aug. 21: "Thanks, Paul, for making the rental process a breeze." Aug. 14: No comment, but this winter they inquired about returning this coming summer. Aug. 7: "Good location, close to beach . . . about 80% likely to return." There were two common complaints that tenants occasionally made. One was the lighting in the living area. The room isn't as dark as in the photo! but it has been improved considerably. Another is an ant problem that has been addressed by our new property management company.

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was a great location and was perfect for our family of 4. My kids loved having a tv in their room. Your place was great to relax in after a day at the beach. Thanks!!!!
