You will enjoy sipping your coffee and preparing breakfast in a full kitchen that has a breakfast bar for you to enjoy conversations with the family while you plan your day.
Conversations will begin to flow from the Living area that has views out of the full length glass door and balcony of this Florida Cottage Seaside neighborhood with Lush Tropical Landscaping.
You will enjoy stepping out onto your private balcony to feel the Breeze and watch those Romantic sunsets, or take in an early morning sunrise. You can enjoy the Beach - just a 1/2 block away - all day and return in the evening for a cool refreshing swim in the pool. Stop by nearby Camille's for a quick meal or a cool refreshing drink at 790 on the Gulf.
The streets are lined with sidewalks, so it's very easy to get around this quaint neighborhood. You can rent bikes near by, walk to restaurants, walk to shopping, or kick back at the beach! Our vacation to beautiful Destin was made even better because of the great location of our stay. We were a very short walk from the beach, the pool and hot tub were directly across the street, shopping and restaurants were just a few short turns out of the neighborhood, the nights were quiet and the days were relaxing. Whether we were sitting on the patio watching the world pass by or in the condo enjoying the AC and TV, we felt right at home. It was just as it appeared in the pictures. I enjoyed a morning walk on the beach each day as I watched the dolphins play out in the Gulf. Once we were familiarized with the property lines for the buildings along the water's edge we found plenty of room to enjoy volleyball, a good book, or just sitting or sunning on the white sands of Destin's shoreline. We made trips back and forth several times a day without being loaded down with coolers and bags because we could just walk back when we got hungry or needed a break from the sun. The condo kitchen was stocked with all that we needed to prepare meals and snacks, and the beds were comfy for a good night's sleep. I'll be keeping this place bookmarked for future visits!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was exactly what we needed. The condo was just the way it is pictured only better. The weather was unseasonably warm for the time of year we chose to travel, which was a great surprise for us! The beaches were beautiful and the walk to them was VERY short. Because the beaches are so wide, we found a somewhat private place everyday. Overall this was a great vacation! We will definitely return with kids and without.Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just spent our spring break in Destin and chose this condo for our family. It worked out extremely well for us and our two boys (aged 4 and 8). The twin bunk beds were in a fine location in the hallway and plenty of room for the boys to sleep. Our bedroom was a good size with ample room for storage for our clothes with a dresser and a closet. The kitchen and all essentials were clean and in great shape. The location was excellent. Just right across the non-busy side street to the pool and hot tub which we used daily and a short short block away from the beach. We walked to many things as their is a shopping area and restaurants easily in walking distance. Even the Harbor Village, Okaloosa Island, and Baytowne Wharf are easy short drives away. Would definitely recommend it. To be honest, the only drawback is the lack of daylight in the unit. The corner location is great for limited noise and beach/pool location; however, we missed getting sunlight inside just because the way the condo faces as the windows are only on one side which faces the other building. But since we spent little time in it during the day, we didn't care much. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. It was nice to know she was always available if we needed something, which we didn't but she did answer our questions promptly every time before, during, and post vacation. We stayed March 22-30, 2013. Weather was in the 60s most days with some 70s; however, it felt much hotter. We got plenty tan and spent most days on the beach in swimsuits playing in the sand; even our boys weren't cold. Water was a bit chilly but still jumped in the waves to cool off. We were pleasantly shocked that the 60s felt as warm as it did.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

When we arrived the condo was completely cleaned and all the beds were made. Everything looked perfect and after 7 weeks of travelling all over the country, it was great to see a very clean house + a complete kitchen: oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and everything! Not to forget a washer + dryer! The beach was somewhat viewable (corner view) from our condo and it really is no more than a minute's walk to the beach entrance. We couldn't be happier! There is something to see (stores/restaurants) in every direction within a couple minutes of walking. The owner is also fantastic and really sweet and we would totally recommend renting this condo if you are interested in staying close to the beach. If we get the chance, we'll definitely be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family loved this condo, which is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Not only are the rates great, but the condo is conveniently located to the beach (right across the street), the pool, and the grill. The photos accurately reflects the rental's appearance. The property managers were very attentive and always prompt in answering questions. We definitely will be staying at the property again.Recommended for: Families with young children.

They have a large family that includes Children and a grandson and having this Condo and the House makes room for all to enjoy the Beach.
