Thank you, Bruce and Liz for providing a great condo which contributed to a very enjoyable week in your fair city. The location is perfect and the highlight was the BC Museum. Everything is so near and the restaurants, shops and architecture were wonderful. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. We will certainly recommend this condo to our friends.

Bruce and Liz, Thanks so much for the great place! Excellent location and amenities. We enjoyed beautiful weather and had great adventures. The kids loved ziplining at Adrenaline while we walked the amazing boardwalk at Sooke. Also highlights were sea Kayaking with Victoria kayak-saw many seals and whale watching with Springtide-lots of humpback whales and sea lions. Barb's fish and chips on Fisherman's Wharf is a great place to eat! To top it all off, Victoria Splash-hundreds of people downtown with a symphony concert and fireworks. Nice shops and friendly people, an all around wonderful trip. Thanks Liz and Bruce for all your calls, emails and info to make it a wonderful vacation for us.

Had a lovely time in Victoria. We took the bus and visited the Ellice House, one of the oldest houses in Victoria. We had a simple tea in the beautiful garden there followed by a personal tour of the house. On our way back to the bus we spotted a small brewery, The Moon Under The Water. We went in for a pint of Great beer. The owners were wonderful and the menu looked great. Did most of our cooking in. Kitchen is well equipped, but appliances difficult for the older folks. Kitchen could use a small roasting pan. Great location, easy to get around. We used the bus system and it went smoothly. Grocery store on Douglas and Yates (we thought was the better one). A wonderful apartment, thank you!

We had a wonderful 3 days here, exploring and just hanging out at this very comfortable condominium unit. Yesterday we did a walking tour with Dave Mason of "come see Victoria",a new walking tour company, and it was GREAT, focused on history and architecture. We also had a lovely time at Butchart Gardens, much cooler than last time we were here(approx. 1988!)

My aunt, uncle, husband and I stayed 3 days. We had such a wonderful time. Our location here is fantastic and so pedestrian friendly. Loved it!

Charming and close to everything!

We stayed at the Belvedere for three nights in July. It was just a block from The Empress and the inner harbor in Victoria, and we found the location just perfect. It is within walking distance to all the activities in the area; tea at the Empress, Whale Watching, shopping, groceries and the park. Although we ate in (I couldn't resist cooking in such a nice kitchen) there were restaurants everywhere! The building is extra secure and safe, and has lovely views. Bruce welcomed us and was a very informative host, offering ideas and suggestions for groceries, restaurants and activities. We were six--four adults and two kids. With two bedrooms this meant two on the pull out couch but that was ok--2 full baths made it very workable. I went for a jog every morning around the harbor and saw otters and seals. What a wonderful time! We'd love to stay here again and highly recommend.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Thank you Bruce and Liz for helping us spend a most wonderful 3 days in Victoria. We followed all Liz's suggestions on places to eat and were never disappointed. We were able to enjoy the full festivities of Canada Day as the condo is so conveniently located to downtown. Our highlights were Butchart Gardens, Craigdarroch Castle and watching the sunset on the wharf. The condo is very well appointed and is spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We loved it here in Victoria and hope to return soon.!! Thank you :)

This has been a lovely "girls" weekend celebration our 30th year of 5 high school friends getting together for a destination visit. The condo was perfect for our endless happy hours and visiting. Thank you Liz and Bruce for making the arrangements easy and our stay enjoyable. We certainly plan to be back.

Our family came out for our daughter's graduation from The University of Victoria. We throughly enjoyed our stay here at this condo. Victoria is such a lovely city and staying here made our visit so much more enjoyable. Good luck to Bruce and Liz's daughter in her environmental endeavours. Thank you again, The P's P.S. The 1 hour lunch wait at Red Fish Blue Fish is definitely worth the wait!!!

My colleagues and I came to Victoria for a conference and stayed at Belvedere 801 for three nights. Having had an opportunity to travel a lot and staying in many places, this was the most comfortable, clean and organized place that we have stayed so far. Although we were mostly at the conference site, we enjoyed the wonderful location and most importantly the comfortable, clean and well-kept bed and showers. Also, we should say thanks to Liz and Bruce for being very kind and accommodating as we ended up arriving much later then we expected. We strongly suggest this place to future guests and hope to come back again in our future trips to Victoria. Thanks, M, H, and M

Dear Liz, Just wanted to say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Belvedere (#801). Sorry I didn't get a chance to write in the book, but everything was lovely - and appreciated! Bruce was very helpful - but I'm sorry he had such a long wait for my room-mates, who arrived later than they expected because of a delayed plane. The beds were especially comfortable, and in view of the fact that I need to get a new bed at home, I was wondering if you know what brand they are, as well as the pillowtop mattress covers? Also - the condo is really well-located for easy walking to wonderful restaurants. Since Bruce asked me to report back on culinary matters, I wanted to let you know we ate at a sushi place called Sen Zushi on Fort Street, that was topnotch! We also ate at a restaurant called the Wharfside Grille, which had a fabulous view and the food was mostly delicious, though I was disappointed in the fact that they gave me a thin piece of salmon that was overcooked for my taste. All else was wonderful, though, and everyone enjoyed it.

Sadly this is our last full day here. Tomorrow home we go. The Belvedere is a wonderful place. Apt 801 is especially wonderful. Very comfortable and well appointed. My mother and Dad are celebrating 65 years of marriage and they wanted to come to Victoria. My partner and I chose this place through VRBO and Bruce and Liz have been stellar, settling us in and doing a great job looking after this lovely spot. Centrally located, easy access to everything my folks (88, 89) wanted to see and do

Though we are only a two hour drive from here, Victoria is one of our favourite cities to visit. This is our first time staying at the Belvedere and it was perfect, especially if you have teenagers, we both had our space. Everything was pure comfort in this condo. Location couldn't be better, we did not use our car, walked everywhere. Thanks so much Bruce and Liz, we will definitely be coming again. The D's PS-Try Foos for a casual yummy dinner, just 3 blocks up Blanshard close to movie theatres

We loved the condo and it's closeness to downtown. The warm welcome, from the first email to Bruce greeting us, was great. The information Liz provided beforehand made our planning and arrival easy! Highlights for us were wandering along the harbour as the sun set, spending a day the Royal Museum and a drive along the water in Oak Bay. Thank you to all of Victoria! The SKO's
