It is a premier vacation destination located 4 hours south of Phoenix and Tucson. It offers many miles of clean, sandy coastlines. Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is rated AAA Four Diamond and is located on beautiful Sandy Beach between Old Port town and Cholla Bay.
OUR CONDO PARTICIPATES IN THE RENTAL POOL, AND IS THEREFORE PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED BY LAS PALOMAS. INCLUDED in your stay is daily maid service, room service, wristbands, charge capability at restaurants/bars, wireless internet, pool towels, all linens, pillows, bath towels, 24/7 front desk assistance for questions or problems, taxes, cleaning, and everything else Las Palomas offers to its paying guests, including GOLF DISCOUNTS.
We are UNIT A901, a 2 Bedroom/2 Bath 9th floor end unit located in the Diamante building of Phase 1. THIS BUILDING IS CLOSEST TO THE BEACH. We are a 2 "B" floor plan in which BOTH BEDROOMS AND THE LIVING ROOM exit to the 440 square foot patio, and have exceptional views of the pools, jacuzzi, lazy river, beach, and ocean. THERE ARE NO OTHER 2 BEDROOM FLOORPLANS WHICH OFFER BOTH BEDROOM VIEWS. Because we are an end unit, the front patio has views of the 18 hole Links Championship golf course, and the city of Puerto Penasco.
Our condo has been professionally decorated with high quality, comfortable furniture and accessories. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped including ice and RO drinking water. The laundry room has a full size washer/dryer/tub for your convenience. Both the ocean facing bedrooms have top of the line KING size pillow top mattresses, room darkening shades, and LCD TV/DVD'S. The living room is equipped with a 47 inch LCD TV/DVD/BOSE STEREO system, and high speed internet. It has a comfortable QUEEN size sleeper sofa. Also provided is a small collection of books and games. Both bathrooms offer large walk in showers with glass door enclosures and blow dryers.

About the owner: This condo is owned by 2 retired police officers and their families, one from Scottsdale PD AZ and one from Arlington Heights PD IL . They chose Las Palomas for the beauty of the resort, ammenites, great weather, the safety of Puerto Penasco and its close proximity to Arizona. Both families enyoy their time spent at Las Palomas.
