This former model coach home in the desired community of Cascada within Fiddlers Creek is your dream vacation come true! Over 3,000 sq ft of luxurious space including 3 bedrooms and 3 baths overlooking the beautiful Rookery golf course. Enjoying your coffee on the lanai with the beautiful sunrise exposure is an incredible experience you won't soon forget. Having cocktails at the end of the day is very relaxing as you sit on the lanai and breathe in the warm tropical air. The wildlife that you see is unbelievable. From alligators to bald eagles and everything in between, the wild life will keep you amazed.
My home is fully outfitted with everything you will need to live in for a season or vacation in style. There is a private entrance, a private elevator or a large sweeping staircase to the second floor living area, a living room, dining room, great room, large lanai, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room and two car garage.
Each spacious bedroom has it's own private bathroom, a flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, recessed and dimming lights. The master bedroom has a king bed and sliding glass doors to the lanai, the middle bedroom has a queen bed and the front bedroom has two full size beds. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and plenty of towels.
The living room and great room have folding sliding doors to the lanai, Both rooms have ceiling fans, ample couches and chairs for comfortable seating, there is a flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and Tuner with surround sound in the great room for entertaining pleasure.
The large lanai area has a dining area, electric grille, reading/sitting area, and a place to sip coffee or relax with cocktails.
The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you will need. One of my goals was to make sure I could just arrive and relax. From wine openers to pasta cooking pots, I have it all. An electric juicer for fresh squeezed Florida orange juice to an espresso maker, you will have everything you need to fulfill your culinary needs. Dishes, glassware and flatware, pots and pans are excellent quality and service is for more than 8. The stainless gourmet appliances include a gas range and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, granite countertops, dual sinks, garbage disposal, recessed and dimming lighting, and upgraded cabinets all make any chef feel comfortable and relaxed. Dining out is also just minutes away with several great restaurants on property and just minutes to Marco Island or downtown Naples.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer and utility sink.
Just steps away is the community pool which is very inviting, private and relaxing. Included in my coach home, are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, picnic basket, and bathing mats for your trip to nearby beaches. The famous Tiger Beach on Marco Island is only minutes away and is rated among the top 100 beaches in the United States. Naples beaches are just a little further and are spectaculor as well.
There is the Fiddlers Creek Club and Spa on site. Membership to this facility includes world class fitness center, large pools with water slides and water falls, tennis courts, a full service spa, and two dining facilities. Gator Grille is poolside and a great place for a relaxing lunch or dinner and Caxambas is open for dinners and Sunday brunch. Membership is available at an additional fee. The Rooker Golf Club is also on site and golf memberships may also be available for an additional fee. Inquirer for details about either of these memberships.

My review cannot begin to convey the beauty of this magazine quality property - The property boasts of every imaginable amenity- Beautiful furnishings throughout - Ample bedrooms, ample bathrooms, a complete laundry facility within the home. The home owner has made every effort to ensure that relaxation and fun were available for all. There is a neighborhood pool that is literally steps from the home. The view is outstanding ! The landscape is lush! And, being in a gated community, extremely safe! There is nothing to concern yourself with at this property as everything is there! Just pack you bags and enjoy! Not far from Historic Naples and Marco Island as well. Fantastic restaurants and don;t forget Thrusdays on Third! Wonderful little shops and many, many things to do! If you are considering this property, do not hesitate! We loved it and are thankful to the owner!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Extremely comfortable accomodations, high ceilings, well provisioned kitchen, i.e. equipment. Views across the golf course were beautiful ( other buildings in the distance looked like the pyramids at sunrise). Nice pool area and walking "trails". Close to Marco Island's restaurants. Definitely a "do over"!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: I am a semi retired executive from the Pharmaceutical Industry. I bought this home as my ultimate full time retirement home. I come to Naples very regularly - at least 5 times a year. I love it here and ultimately plan to retire here full time.
Why the Owner Chose Cascada:
I bought in the Naples area as it felt like the most relaxing and friendly place on earth. Having visited a lot of other communitites, I fell in love with Fiddlers Creek on my first visit. I knew from that first day, that I would love it there. It is a community that has the feel of a tropical vacation resort like no other that I visited in the Naples area. When I go here, I feel so at home but yet, away on a vacation being pampered. Imagine having a beautiful spa in your backyard, workout facilities beyond your expectations, wildlife that is unbelievable and sun rises and sun sets that are spectacular! What more could you ask for.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The view from my lanai is outstanding and not one experienced by many others. In addition, the upgrades to my home are beyond most. This is true luxury.
