We spent the month of Feb in Lake Havasu City in this home and enjoyed it very much. The home is very comfortable and very clean. It has all the amenities you can think of and more. From the patio in back, there is a view of the golf course and from the front, off the master bedroom, there is a view for the lake. My husband and I definitely recommend this home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.

It was our pleasure to enjoy this beautifully appointed condo. Myra has thought of your every need and more. The location was ideal, and the fruit bearing trees on the property supplied us with our daily quota oof fresh grapefruit and oranges. To put it simply ... it was perfect, and we would recommend it highly.Recommended for: Age 55+.

This was our second year that we have stayed at the condo.It was awesome,beautifully furnished ,and the pool ,hot tub,and sauna were great.All the people in the condo units are extremely friendly and make you feel at home.I would give it a five star rating.We would return as often as possible.Owner response: Gary and Andrea enjoyed their time at my condo and ill parents was the reason for their not returning for the 2007 season. Now is the time to get your foot in the door for 2008 and future years.

Rates
$1600 month. Discounts for 6 months or longer(3 month minimum year round) $800 Refundable Security Deposit required. A holding deposit of one months rent plus security deposit is required A $150.00 per month electric allowance is included in the rent. Non refundable Cleaning Fee of $150 added to All Rentals. $500. pet deposit. Non shedding breeds of dogs. No cats considered.
