This home offers easy indirect ski access to Adams Avenue, with full views of Snowmass valley and is conveniently located close to the Snowmass Village Mall as well as the new Base Village developement.
Its has 4 genorously sized berooms are all ensuite and an office/5th bedroom that allows for an additional sleeping area and/or work space.
This home is great for family gatherings and entertaining and features beautiful furnishings, large spans of windows and a formaling living room with high vaulted ceilings and an enormous wood burning fireplace of carved stone. The dining table, which seats 8, sits open to a family room. The main kithcen offers a professional gas range, wet island and butlers pantry. The house is fitted out with a stereo sound system through out the house, with individual room control. The surronding landscpaing is meticulously maintained with a water feature, patios, decks and hot tub.
The house is located on the side of the mountain and there is elevator access from the ground floor up to the main living level. There is also a small work out room with gym equipment installed.
