Our beautiful, completely designer remodeled 3 bedroom plus Den, 3 bathroom single family home is located in prestigious Park Shore neighborhood (southern exposure). It is within easy walking distance to the beach, to the elegant shops and restaurants of Venetian village, to the Waterside shops and to the Naples Philharmonic center. The Park Shore residents’ beach pass (provided) gives access to a private beach and parking for your convenience. Enjoy swimming in the Gulf of Mexico (beach chairs provided), walking the beautiful white sand Gulf beaches or walking the private Park Shore boardwalk which is just feet from the Gulf.
Relax in this comfortable home and enjoy the renovated pool area with an expanded lanai, a granite outdoor kitchen with Weber Grill, well-equipped lanai furniture for dining or sun taking and a big, very private back-yard with different flourishing plants, illuminated at night. The pool can be heated by solar panels providing with normal Naples dry and sunny winter days warm pool water.
The home features one master bedroom (king size bed) with the master bathroom, one twin bedroom with its own bathroom, one queen size bedroom with a separate bathroom and a Den. All bedrooms are renovated and equipped with flat TV, all bathrooms are completely updated.
The brand new and fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops opens onto the breakfast area in the family room (lounge, breakfast nook, sitting TV area) and also on the lanai. The living room has a dining table equipped for 6, and a second sitting area with TV.
4 Bicycles (additionals can be rented close by), beach chairs and beach towels as well as linens, bath towels and all cooking utensils are all available for use.

We spent 5 magnficent weeks in your beautiful fully equipped home and enjoyed all the comforts the house offered. We enjoyed the pool area with its grills and the pool with really warm water. The beach was easy to reach, Fresh Market and the Waterside shops are just 5 minutes drive. So, we had a really excellent vacation. We hope to come back next year.Did you find this review helpful? We had splendid days in your wonderful marvellous house. Everything was perfect and worked very well, without any problems, exactly like it shoud be during a vacation. We spent very nice days in Florida, especially in your beautiful and amply villa. Our already high expectations we had by your internet presentation were exceeded. We had a very nice stay during our stay, the house is very well eqipped with everything and has a perfect location. Everything worked very well at our arrival. About the owner: We, a German family with 2 boys, purchased the house in April 2011 after a stay of 6 months at Naples. We fell in love with this area. We had to return to Germany for work, but we would love to spend much more time in Naples which is a wonderful place to live and enjoy life.The photo shows our 2 boys having fun in the pool.
Why the Owner Chose Park Shore:
Park Shore is the perfect location for a vacation home. The neighborhood is always in high-demand and the city is impeccably clean. The beaches are closed and very nice with calm waters. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing but still manages to have an enjoyable night life with lots of restaurants. The area has increasingly more families and young people.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
One of our favorite aspects about the property is the lanai with its swimming pool area. The back yard is very nicely landscaped with a lot of different flourishing plants and some trees. In the morning hours, it is so quiet that you can hear the birds singing. At night you can spend a lot of time enjoying the beautifully illuminated pool and garden. You can shop at the Water Side Shops or at Venetian Village with a lot of very nice restaurants. The beach is very close. If you are a golfer, a lot of golf courses are easily reachable, a list of courses is provided.
