  A great house with every amenity! We were two generations and this home was both large enough and equipped perfectly to cater to both. We particularly loved the family room for our combined breakfasts, dinners and entertainment. the pool was great and with a garage play area, there were lots of options for the children. The owner was very responsive to requests too, making our holiday trouble free.

  We have just returned from a 3 week holiday in your Disney Villa. We loved everything about it, the kids especially loved the pool & video games - we struggled to get them out of the villa to go to the theme parks! Our party consisted of 5 adults and 4 children and we all had a comfortable stay with plenty of room. The villa is exactly as described and your property manager and his wife were lovely and very friendly when we had contact with them. Really good location for driving to the theme parks, supermarkets & fast-food outlets. Have recommended your villa to friends & family when they visit Florida in the future. Thanks again.

  Our 7 day stay at the villa was wonderful...close to all major fun attractions, grocery stores, mini putts and shopping...yet far enough away from noisy major highways. The villa provided privacy and it was clean. Our 2 children (age 10 and 14) enjoyed themselves very much also. The pool was fantastic. The only little complaints we have, and they are very minor, are that one of the PS3 controllers was not charged and there was no proper wiring provided to charge it. Also there was no black ink provided for the computer printer (there was a note stating it was up to each guest to buy), and we wanted to print directions and distances to certain places to visit and could not. Also the villa wasn't ready until 430pm to check in, but that was no biggy...we went and bought food for supper while we waited! But as I said earlier, these are only minor complaints, and the main things/items/layout were all excellently provided. The owner was quick to answer questions and we would definitely stay here again.

  This property was big Spacious and Good. The property owner was easy to get a hold of and his property manager was very accomodating. The only improvement I would like to see would be better beds at raised levels where there are not. This place is good and spacious for kids but lacks just a little something for a five star rating.

• Amazing Home!

  This was our family's second time to visit Disney and Universal. We stayed at this home with two other families and we had an absolute blast. It felt as if we were staying at a hotel. The home was spotless and all the furniture and appliances seemed as if they were brand new. Also, there were flat screen TVs in every single room! I wish we had found this home the first time we visited. We will definitely be returning soon. Thank you so much!

  This rental was better then imagined. The pictures will give you a good idea of what the property looks like. The home however was much bigger then I orginally thought from the pictures. There was lots of room for everyone. The kids loved that they were able to play two game systems while on vacation. As my son put it "even if one tv is busy I can still play". The home was clean and furnished very well on our arrival. We spoke several times with the manager of the property. He was very nice. There was never any problems but we wanted to know things like, where are the stores, is there trick or treating in the neighborhood, ect. And if you go during Halloween there is Trick or Treating, what a nice/fun/safe neighborhood! The kids loved it! I can not wait to plan our next vacation and I can say with confidence we will be staying at this property again.

  We were so lucky to have found this house for our Disney vacation! The living room and kitchen were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. My daughter loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the patio. The house was a short drive from the Disney parks, and there is a big grocery store close by. When we had questions about the a/c, the building manager responded immediately, as did the owner with our email questions. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  I can not say enough about this vacation property! It was an excellent venue for us to vacation with two other families. We were minutes from the theme parks (especially Disney), golfing, outlets, restaurants and Target! It was great to have a whole house to share to hang out in, play games and swim - rather than being stuck in a hotel room with nothing else to do. The property owner was easily accessible for general questions about the house, and to provide us with various travel tips in the area. Definitely heading back again next winter!

  Just back from our second Disney vacation and we are already planning our next visit! We loved this house and will definitely be back! The house was clean and offered ALL of the amenities one would need on vacation. The kitchen was amazing and it was nice to be able to prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. All the TVs were great for everyone to watch their own shows and the games room was lots of fun for everyone! Had such a wonderful visit. Thank you Vijay for helping make our Disney experience perfect!

  Love the Home, the outside of the Property was Poor.Trash was every where in the Yard. I Cleaned the Yard with the Help of My 2 Boys,and the Trash from the Previous Renter was lefted in the the House when We Arrived. The own of the Property was Great to deal with, The Property Manager and Wife will be the REASON that My Family and I will never Rent this Property Again.But, again the Property Owner was Excellent, Staff get a poor rating.This is the reason why I say Average,is between a Excellent for Home and Owner and Poor for Property Mnager and Yard.

  Owner response: From my understanding. The renter arrived 2 hours before check in and began cleaning outside without telling management about the garbage left by the previous renter. I still do hope you enjoyed your stay
