The location was awesome, right on the beach as well as close to great restaurants and attractions. The condo was really nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this to our family and friends. Thanks so much for sharing your house with us!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Spent most of our day outside on the beach. It was great to walk out the door and your were on the beach! Was very disappointed with the deck. Everything was broken or in really bad shape. Unable to enjoy eating outside or to just sit and watch the world go by. The homes on either side had very nice furniture and deck area. We were jealous. If the deck had newer/not broken furniture it would have been more enjoyable. The inside of the home was very nice. Decorated completely in the "beach theme!" Lots of space for a larger group to stay. The kitchen was nice. Overall a great time with family but could have been enjoyed more with a nicer deck and furniture. Being outside and enjoying all of the sights and sounds of the ocean is why you go on vacation to the beach! Replace the furniture and update the deck and more visitors will return.Owner response: Thank you so much for your review. We are delighted that you found our place nice with the exception of the outdoor furniture. Thankfully, our place was booked solid this season, so between the guests and beach/wind/sun exposure the outdoor furniture has served well, but has seen better days. We are making our way to the beach this week to replace all outdoor furniture & spend a few days enjoying the newness & views ourself. Again, thank you and I do hope you return to see for yourself the improvement. JOY!

WOW! What a wonderful place! It is exactly as described and then some. The pictures don't even begin to do the location justice. It is just PERFECT! The house was very clean and in great shape when we arrived. I had one question during our stay and Denise got back to me immediately. The beach is great and we really enjoyed being able to just walk out the back door and hit the sand. Our neighbors were super friendly and we spent alot of time on the deck just hanging out too. The setup of the house is great for families with kids. We had 5 kids with us and they LOVED not having to share beds. I would highly recomment Pier 77 restaurant in Panama City & if you are going to go fishing to go with Reel Commocean. And the big boys found the Marble Slab Creamery in Pier Park and had ice cream every night! We can't wait to go back!!Owner response: THANK YOU so very much for your detailed review! House was just as describe and in a GREAT location. This was my first time to come to Florida and me and my family really enjoyed the house. Owners were great and answered every question and concern I had. The townhome was clean (with the exception of the stained carpet in living room and upstairs) and decorated very nicely with a beach theme running throughout. Denise was very prompt and easy to work with prior to our stay. She even sent me copies of local restaurant menu's upon my request. Our greatest disappointment was the deck furniture. All of it was broken including the table and there was dirty outdoor carpet on the deck and the deck stairs. The only safe place to sit was the wooden bench along the front of the deck with your back facing the ocean. The furniture on the deck of the master bedroom was broken, the furniture under the lower deck was broken, the beach chairs were rusted and the adirondack chairs out on the sand were broken as well. When you looked up toward the townhouse from the beach, all of the other decks looked so nice and this one looked horrible. When I told Denise about the deck furniture I was told to just "improvise". To enjoy the view you had to be outside and there was no place to sit comfortably or safely to do that. Although the inside was very clean, it was very disappointing to not be able to sit outside and enjoy the view, which is the reason you go to the beach. For this reason we gave it 3 stars. We would not stay here again unless we knew that all outside furniture had been replaced.Owner response: Thank you so much for the time you took to post this review. We are very proud of all of our decor and work hard to maintain a place that is comfortable & cozy. I had to chuckle at the comment that you were told to improvise. Indeed, I asked if you would just chunk the chair pads that you said were torn, as the chairs did not require cushions to sit comfortably. I apologize for the outdoor carpet not meeting your standard - the sand does make a mess of the carpet as well as the palm debris. We find the carpet more comfortable than wooden planks, but have considered removing the carpeting and your comment leads us in that direction. I also apologize that you had almost an entire week of rain. Maybe next time the weather will cooperate - somehow I believe that also put a "damper" on your attitude towards our place.

The pictures do not portray the true glorious location of this place!! The beach is not crowded, and the deck is perfect for those who want to enjoy mornings, days and evenings right on the beach ! We love being able to walk from the back door right onto the beach !! The home is quality and very nice - everything you need is there! 3 Sets of bunk beds. 3 full bathrooms! Grilling is wonderful! I spent 3 months at this wonderful townhome. I set up my home office in the master bedroom in front of the window so while I was working I could watch the dolphins, and boats, and people! I would sit on the upper deck during breaks and soak in the Florida sunshine. I have rented many ocean-front units and would say that this is one of the best. All the furnishing were above standard. The huge front deck is 5 steps away from that white sugar sand beach...palm trees in your front yard...what more would you want at the beach? The location is great because it is not in the middle of the high-rise hotel district. You are 3 blocks from the Sandbar with the best oysters in the area, Mike's Diner with home cooked meals, Boar's Head steak house, and Winn Dixie. Of course, a couple miles west on the beach road is Carousel Supermarket...a throw back to small, family-run markets with the freshest produce and a large wine selection! If you need a reference, just ask Denise to contact me! Due to family obligations I am not able to relocate this winter, otherwise I would be renting this unit again!!!Owner response: Thank you so much for taking the time to review our home. Because of the red tide on the Texas Gulf, we had to cancel our vacation plans and lost our deposit at another property! A last minute reservation at this property SAVED OUR FAMILY VACATION! The quick response was just what we needed and the house was comfortable, up to date & more than we expected. We loved everything about our visit and will return here annually. :)Owner response: We were more than happy to help, it was our pleasure!!! We were absolutely thrilled. Perfect location on the beach for a family that does NOT want to be in the thralls of the imposing cluster of high-density highrise condos and want to actually ENJOY space on the beautiful beach. This condo was everything we had wanted and much more. Impeccably immaculate, well appointed, lovely tasteful decor, cozy furniture and beds, well stocked kitchen, amazing deck. The configuration of the rooms/beds is perfect for families with children. The kids' bunk room is absolutely adorable! The master suite is elegant. The distance from all there is to see and do is perfect. We were 14 minutes from the airport and 3 minutes to wonderful shopping and restaurants. I cannot recommend this enough. The time we had there with our extended family was memorable, amazing, meaningful and bonding. You'd be hard pressed to find a better accommodation. And I cannot say enough about how lovely the owners were to deal with when our opportunity to travel presented itself in VERY short notice. Check out Harpoon Harry's and Sharkeys for great family dining. The Sea Dragon Pirate excursion for kiddos 5-11 is highly worth the $$.
