Our condo is located in a gated resort on a barrier island--with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the
Indian River on the other. It's only about 100 yards from the condo to miles of uncrowded ocean beach.
Enjoy all the amenities that come with our bright and well furnished condo. You might want to use the 9 hole par-3 golf course that winds it's way through the beautifully landscaped grounds at Ocean Village. (Golf privileges are included with rental). Try out any of the 3 pools, hot tub, fitness room, tennis or bocce ball courts.
Sit on the screened in balcony and just watch the golfers if you're feeling like relaxing--or maybe just sit on the beach or possibly do a little shelling. Or just watch the sandpipers scurry in front of the waves!
AMENITIES AT OCEAN VILLAGE
Just a quick list of the amenities will include golfing at the 9-hole par 3 golf course, swimming in any of the 3 pools or soaking in the hot tub. Or use the tennis, basketball or bocce ball courts. Maybe have lunch at the tiki bar by the main pool. There is also a weight room --and a small library for the quiet times.
Do You Enjoy Golfing?: Think of our Golf Villa condo at Ocean Village as your 'home base' with a free (in summer) 9-hole golf course winding it's way among the condos. During the day you might want to visit any--or all--of the 20 outstanding courses within a half hour drive, and then return back to your home base to practice your swing, or just jump in one of the pools....or possibly leave that non-golfing spouse to enjoy the beach or pool while you're trying out those other courses.
Send us an email for a listing of the nearby courses.
Do You Enjoy Sealife in its Natural Habitat?: This area is the 3rd highest nesting beach for LOGGERHEAD TURTLES in the western hemisphere. March 1 to November 15 is nesting season, but June and July months are the high point and a few places will do a 'turtle walk' to see nesting turtles on the beach (with advance registration).
MANATEES--You can expect to see these unusual and gentle creatures swimming in the calm waters--especially in the winter.

A great place to vacation! Have been to OV several times and thoroughly enjoy the amenities, par 3 golf, tennis, several pools, restaurant, great beach, and best of all, a very comfortable condo on the golf course. Sit on your screened porch and watch everyone play. Condo is lovely with open livingroom, dining area, kitchen, French doors into bedroom and bath with another sink in the hallway. The screened porch is perfect. Everything there that you could need whether you wish to cook and eat in or do takeout. Definitely a place to which we intend to return!Recommended for: Age 55+.
