Welcome to our beautiful Key Largo townhome (mile marker 96). This is an exclusive gated community on the bay-side with its own private boat slips and fish cleaning stations. It is a 15 minute boat ride to the Atlantic Ocean where you can enjoy some of the best places for diving and snorkeling as well as fishing. It is minutes away from John Pennekemp State Park which is known world wide for its marine life, diving, snorkeling, and water sports. Our unit is renovated with brand new furniture. About the owner: We live in Miami, Florida about an hour from the property. The is our summer home we have enjoyed fishing, snorkeling, diving, and watching beautiful sunsets with our four boy's and our Boston Terrier.
