While the unit itself has been recently updated with new fixtures, furniture, and the like, the property itself is very old and run down. When we gave our 3 year-old daughter a bath in one of the bathrooms water, assuming from a pipe in the ceiling, would drip down through the bathroom light fixture. This was concerning and when we notified the manager on duty she did send someone over to look at the problem, but never followed up with us. Wanting to enjoy our vacation anyways without further damaging the unit or running the risk of burning the whole place down, we just used the other bathroom. If you are the owner of this unit, I would highly recommend you contact management regarding this very dangerous issue as the management never fixed the probelm before we checked out and insisted we be out of the unit on time as they planned to rent it again that afternoon. This in serious violation several laws in Colorado. The pool is obviously fairly new and really nice except that it is only open until 9 p.m., which is a bit early for the summer season. I think this is because there is no management staff after 9 p.m., which presents another problem because the walls a paper thin and other people are not very respectful of this issue. We didn't get one good night sleep while there and really had no one to call to address the other guests that were breaking the "quiet time" policy. We will never stay here again and will not recommend this property to anyone. There are other locations with a pool and better management.
