This beautiful villa has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms, including two master king-size suites, each with private bathrooms and private access to the pool area. Two full-size bedrooms, and one bedroom with two twin beds, each with adjacent bathrooms. There is also a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. This villa is spacious enough for two families with children and Grandma and Grandpa too! Comfortably sleeps ten. It is located in quiet Indian Creek subdivision, just a few minutes from Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
This beautiful home has many upgrades that you seldom find in other vacation homes. It features ceramic tile floors throughout the whole home. A large, fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher! There is even a fully-equipped laundry room for your use. The house has central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans located in every room. Every bedroom has its own TV with VCR. The living room has a large TV with DVD and VCR. Your children will feel right at home with Game-cube and a portable CD player/radio for inside or patio use. We just added a games room with a pool table and an eletronic dart game. We also have available, at no extra charge, a crib, stroller and highchair for infants.
Relax in the private, western-facing pool and spa, after your long day at the theme parks! The rear yard has a 6 foot high fence for your privacy and security. The covered lanai is complete with deluxe patio furniture and a safety screen for your small children's safety. Or, you might choose to go to the separate reading area, off of the living room, to read a good book. Catch up on your emails via High Speed Internet, all you need to do is connect with your laptop!
Close to all the Disney theme parks, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Downtown Disney, and Pleasure Island. Also close to Universal and Islands of Adventure, City Walk, Sea World, and Gatorland! Many great restaurants and several large shopping malls within a short drive! What more could you ask for? We bought our first home to have a place to stay when we traveled to Florida every Christmas. Bought our 2nd home because the first home became a good investment. Staying in a home is SO much nicer than staying in a hotel. Privacy, room to move, enough bathrooms that everyone can get ready at the same time!
The Unique Benefits at this House
We LOVE Disney and Universal. The shopping and restaurants are great. Only an hour drive to either east or west beaches of Florida. You will love it!
Animal kingdom is only 3 miles away. All other Disney Parks are along the same Osceola Parkway.

We were an extended family of 12 adults visiting the Disney Parks and Universal Studios in early August. This house suited our needs perfectly. It was roomy and spacious and everyone had a place to sleep. The decor was delightful and modern, and the boys in particular were thrilled with the games room. We spent long days at the parks so stretching out in the pool when we got home was a perfect way to call it a day. The house was just as the photos and the listing described. It was clean and well maintained with a very well equipped kitchen which had everything we needed. There was a grocery store and a drugstore nearby which came in very handy. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.

This home is amazing! Sue has thought of everything. The rooms are huge and the home was Spotless. The cleaner had even left towel animals on our beds. The pool and spa are a lot bigger than the pictures make them appear. The best part is the secret shortcut to the parks that Sue emails you if you book this house. It saved us a TON of time during the busy holiday season at Disney. We will definately be renting this home at some point in the future.

My family celebrated Thanksgiving this year in Orlando and I so worried that it wouldn't be the same, not being at home for this special family holiday. I was wrong... we loved it and will return next year. The house has everything. Very close to all the parks and shopping. My sister and I got up on Black Friday.. shopped for 4 hours and then spent the remainder of the day at disney! We had a great time!

We would like to give a big THANK YOU to Sue for renting her house to our family for Spring Break. Our grandchildren especially had so much fun in the pool that I think they would had stayed all day there instead of going to the Disney parks. We had a family of twelve and it was just perfect for all of us. The management staff was there if any problems arised during our stay there. I would recommend Sue's house again if I would know anybody will be going there soon.. Also we will plan on staying there also if we should go to Florida again. A great Thank You again Sue. You have a beautiful home.. Very well kept..

Great home for a group of travelers. Owners were wonderful to work with, responsive and helpful. A few minor cleaning issues, but the owners have since changed property managers. Great hot tub/pool, nicely stocked kitchen, attractive decor. Neighborhood was quiet, but looking a little worn over the last few years. Location can't be beat...five minutes to WDW property. (Closest to Animal Kingdom) Would not hesitate to recommend to others. Definitely need a car, but easy to find. Many food options right up the road on main drag, including groceries.

We stayed in Sue's home in June '07 and we couldn't have been more satisfied. The house was clean, spacious, and conveniently located to the attractions. When we couldn't get the hot tub to heat, I called the property manager and she had the problem fixed in less than 2 hours. We would not hesitate to stay here again and I would recommend Sue's house to anyone.

We had a great time during our stay in Florida. The home was everything and more than we could have dreamed. The location is central to so many attractions and restaurants that we always had something to do. We are looking forward to renting again next year.
