Enjoy your sunny Florida vacation in this newly remodeled, beautifully decorated, executive home, complete with a private, optionally heated, pool and spa with a 6 foot privacy fenced rear yard. This beautiful villa has 5 Bedrooms & 4 full Bathrooms, including 2 Master (king size beds) suites, each with private bathrooms allowing access to the pool area. Plus 2 double bedrooms (1 double bed each), and 2 twin bedrooms (2 twins beds) each with an adjacent bathroom. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the living room. This villa is spacious enough for two families with children and Grandma and Grandpa. Comfortably sleeps 10-12. It is located in the upscale Indian Creek subdivision, on a quiet and safe street, just 2 doors from our 4 bedroom home, between a grassy park with children’s playground equipment and a small lake with a jogging path around it. All located just minutes from all the Walt Disney World Theme Parks and Water Parks in Orlando, Florida.
We are so close to all the Disney theme parks, including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island that you can hear the fireworks at night. Also close to Universal and Islands of Adventure, City Walk, Sea World and Gatorland! Many great restaurants and several large shopping malls within a short drive! What more could you ask for? All of the comforts of home, but just minutes away from the excitement of Disney and/or anything else your heart desires to do! It sounds so wonderful; I wish I was there right now! This house is everything described in the listing, and more! The house was as pictured, but pictures can't show how comfortable and clean this house is, even though it is pet-friendly. We spent lots of time relaxing at the house, instead of visiting the local attractions (never made it to DisneyWorld!) Our two dogs loved all the space in the house, and it was nice to have a fenced-in yard for them to roam on their own. The walking path and park gave them a chance to explore. All in all, everyone left relaxed and happy! Response from the owner was quick and friendly from start to finish. The house is located to all of the attractions, grocery stores, and every type of restaurant. I would recommend this property to friends and family; in fact, I already have. I just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful stay in your home! It was just lovely. The house was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were incredible!! The house was well maintained and pleaseantly stocked with several necessities. Our family came together from three different states to have an adult trip to Disney, and we had a fabulous time! This was one of the nicest vacation homes we have rented so far! The home is spacious, light and airy, clean and everything was provided. We especially enjoyed the private pool area. Many of the other homes in the neighborhood had completely open pool areas with no privacy. This home has beautiful shrubbery as well as a privacy fence around the pool area so no peeping neighbors! The neighborhood has nice parks and sidewalks as well as a couple of lake areas with sidewalks and it is very close to the Disney parks. We appreciated that it is a dog friendly home as well. There were 10 of us and comfortably stayed in the home. Everything was above expectation. We enjoyed the pool area very much & enjoyed preparing some meals in the well stocked kitxhen. We arrived after dark and were a little concerned about peope walking around outside as we were gaining access to the home. We immediately called management and asked to have our security code changed for peace of mind. They were more than happy to do so & came over right away & took care of it. The next morning, Rodney came over & visited with us to put any concerns to rest. We had an enjoyable visit & were able to ask any questions that we had. He even gave us directions to a great restaurant! We would definately consider returning in the future. .Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

Overall we had a very positive experience. There was some evidence that the property needed some touching up such as the stove and microwave both of which had cracks on the doors. (did not effect functioning). A lamp was missing a knob and the dryer didn't work well. The management company was outstanding and responded to our every concern.Recommended for: Families with young children.

I know the cracks are unsightly, and we have considered replacing them, but since the appliances still work fine I am hesitant to replace them until they stop working. They are only 7 years old. I know the dryer was repaired as soon you let my manager know. They just don't make things as well as they used to! It's frustrating. Anyway, thanks for your comments.

We were an extended family of 12 adults visiting the Disney Parks and Universal Studios in early August. This house suited our needs perfectly. It was roomy and spacious and everyone had a place to sleep. The decor was delightful and modern, and the boys in particular were thrilled with the games room. We spent long days at the parks so stretching out in the pool when we got home was a perfect way to call it a day. The house was just as the photos and the listing described. It was clean and well maintained with a very well equipped kitchen which had everything we needed. There was a grocery store and a drugstore nearby which came in very handy. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

This home is amazing! Sue has thought of everything. The rooms are huge and the home was Spotless. The cleaner had even left towel animals on our beds. The pool and spa are a lot bigger than the pictures make them appear. The best part is the secret shortcut to the parks that Sue emails you if you book this house. It saved us a TON of time during the busy holiday season at Disney. We will definately be renting this home at some point in the future.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, girls getaway.

My family celebrated Thanksgiving this year in Orlando and I so worried that it wouldn't be the same, not being at home for this special family holiday. I was wrong... we loved it and will return next year. The house has everything. Very close to all the parks and shopping. My sister and I got up on Black Friday.. shopped for 4 hours and then spent the remainder of the day at disney! We had a great time!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

We would like to give a big THANK YOU to Sue for renting her house to our family for Spring Break. Our grandchildren especially had so much fun in the pool that I think they would had stayed all day there instead of going to the Disney parks. We had a family of twelve and it was just perfect for all of us. The management staff was there if any problems arised during our stay there. I would recommend Sue's house again if I would know anybody will be going there soon.. Also we will plan on staying there also if we should go to Florida again. A great Thank You again Sue.
