LeVirage is a Luxury Townhome building built in 2010 and located in Habersham, one of South Carolina's premiere coastal towns.

Enter from the street or Garage into a vestibule where you can either take stairs or private elevator to your tranquil residence.

The First floor includes the Living area with fireplace and multiple french doors opening to a Balcony overlooking a tree-lined street, and a full kitchen and dining area with Carerra marble countertops, floor to ceiling white wood cabinets, Wolf freestanding six-burner range, Bosch dishwasher and other beautiful design features.

The First floor also has a full Bathroom shared with a generously-sized courtyard-facing Bedroom with Queen Bed. The proximity to the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas on the same level makes this Bedroom ideal for those desiring easy access.

The Second floor includes two Bedrooms, one with a Queen Bed, and the other with two Twin Beds. Stained wood floors, 12' marble floor tiles in the bathroom, glass and marble walk-in shower, walk-in closets and more. All represented with understated elegance. The Second floor also has a sitting room with TV.

The Third floor, also accessible by stairs or elevator, is home to the Master Bedroom and Suite. This has a separate Bedroom, a Sitting/Living Area, and an expansive Bathroom with generous closets, large mirrors, walk-in shower, separate commode, and twin sinks.

Included on the Ground Floor is a street-facing Office with its own separate entrance, and separate toilet and closet.

Wireless Internet access is also provided for the individual who needs some quiet home-office space for occasionally checking business-related emails, or contemplative planning. Or set up an easel and draw inspiration from the beautiful surroundings for your pastel or watercolor vacation remembrance.

Visitors to Beaufort enjoy the lovely retail Bayfront downtown, filled with rich history dating back to the 1700's. Beaufort is the second- oldest town in SC after only Charleston, and boasts over 50 historic structures and restored antebellum homes. Horse-drawn carriages, fine dining, art galleries and a magnificent waterfront park also highlight the downtown area.

Within 30 minutes drive is Hunting Island State Park - a favorite destination for Beach activities and Swimming. Charleston is about an hour and a half pleasant drive North. Savannah is about an hour's drive South, and Hilton Head with its abundance of Golfing, Beach & Shopping is within an hour.

                                I arrived in March to stay for one month and the people I had to correspond with couldn't be nicer or more professional. This townhome was absolutely amazing! The listing description was very accurate, and you are located right by the Habersham's Marketplace where you will enjoy some of the best food in the Low Country. Also, Friday there is a Farmer's Market so you can get local produce (depending on what's in season). The property's list of amenities was very accurate and the property was so clean! We were greated with fresh cut flowers which was a wonderful touch alongside of the goodie basket filled with popcorn and chips. I would recommend this townhome to anyone! I can't wait to visit again.

                                Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
