Make our home your home while enjoying the Myrtle Beach area. Our home is located in Surfside Beach at the beautiful private gated 24 hour security community of Oceanside Village. Our home is in excellent condition with many extras. We have a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a comfortable living room and dining room for six, both have carpet(so please remove your shoes at the back door), and a long covered car port with outdoor furniture and gas grill for cook-outs.

You can either bring your own sheets and towels or if you use the ones provided we ask that you wash them for the next guests. We have a full size futon in the sunroom, and queen size pull out sofa in the living room, a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed and full size futon in the 2nd bedroom. We request our home to be left clean and in order for the next guests. We provide a sanitation service which is included in the rental fee.

There are golf carts available for rent that will take you to the private beach and ocean view restaurant in just minutes, or enjoy the indoor heated or outdoor pool, lighted tennis courts, fitness area, library/media center, game room, 6 acres of green space with baseball fields, basketball and volleyball or lakes for fishing.

You might just want to walk around the many lakes and enjoy the ocean breeze. We have a lovely Carolina sunroom where you can relax and read your favorite book. We have three TV's and a VCR and a DVD with a selection of videos and many family board games and cards to play on those lazy evenings, or when you need a break from all that warm South Carolina sunshine.

There are lots of restaurants,golf courses, flea markets, and amusements close by or take a short drive to Charleston or Georgetown for dinner and shopping. Come and enjoy our home on your next visit to Myrtle Beach and have the best vacation ever!!

$250 security deposit and half the rent required to reserve home and
balance due plus 10%tax 21 days before arrival. If cancellation is necessary, full
refund is available 21 days prior to arrival date, minus $50 admin fee.
