  I really only have 1 word to describe our stay...PERFECT !!!! What an amazing gem! Everything you could possibly want in a Santa Cruz vacation home! The location is absolutely perfect and it is amazingly decorated..... If you think the pictures look good....what till you see it in person :-) we were able to walk and bike everywhere .... No car was needed! So fun to sit out on the porch on the cute green adirondack chairs and see the ocean and all the people going by all day! Mary the owner was so sweet and very easy to work with!!!! We are already trying to book our next stay.... Again with hubby and kiddos and w/ a few of my girlfriends! Thanks Mary for letting us stSy at your PERFECT Getaway!!!

  We loved our stay! Everything was wonderful, right at our fingertips. We walked to the beach everyday with all our gear and toddler. We are planning on coming back again soon. The location was great! Thank you for letting us stay!

  Thanks Mary and family for a brilliant week in Pleasure Point. The blue beach house is delightful - spotlessly clean, really comfortable with a cute back yard and everything you could need for a relaxing vacation by the sea. It's a 5 minute walk from 26th Av beach which is a great place to build sandcastles and shout at the waves. Our 3.5 year old loved it, and there's everything you need within a short walk or drive. Will definitely come back.

  We had a wonderful time! The location is terrific and there are so many little touches that we don't often see in a vacation rental. I plan on going back!

  We rent on VRBO every year and this may be the most darling, clean and comfortable house we've been in. I can't say enough about how clean the house is and the furniture is very comfortable including the beds. The pictures do not do it justice and the view from the large bay window is spectacular. Do not hesitate to rent this home!

  Our family of three enjoyed our stay in this quaint and comfortable home. It has all of the amenities needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. We relaxed in the front room, cooked on the BBQ, played in the backyard, and walked to the beach everyday to watch the myriad of surfers. The owner put a lot of time into making the interior design of the home colorful and comfortable - perfect for a beach house. The location was fantastic with it being one block to the beach and close to markets, restaurants and stores. We easily drove to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, and the Roaring Camp Railroad.

  Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time in the newly renovated and super clean blue beach house. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We loved the neighborhood and sitting on the front porch in the green adirondack chairs. Thanks, Mary for sharing this wonderful home.

  We had a wonderful time at this fabulous Santa Cruz property. The Blue Beach House is exceptionally clean and comfortable, and has all the amenities of home. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations: attractively furnished, everything spotless, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The owners seemed to have though of absolutely everything and we enjoyed the extra touches like beach accessories, umbrella, towells, chairs, balls and buckets for the kids. The backyard is huge, a beautiful large space to spend the afternoon playing with the kids and enjoying BBQs. Great location, just on East Cliff, wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the quiet and friendly neighborhood just steps away from Pleasure Point, and only two minutes walk to the beach. The beach view from the living room was amazing. We will definately be back. Mary and Mike, thanks for sharing your lovely home!!
