  This is a very nice property and much better than the pictures on the listing. The owners were great to work with and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The townhome is very clean, decorated nicely, comfortable and has many extra benefits you would not expect (2 bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, ice coolers, etc.). We loved having the patio with the privacy fence. Great property!

  Thank you, Holly, for making your condo available to our family (Tulsa) and friends (Orlando) for the week. You provided all the amenities and necessities to make our vacation fun and comfortable. The pictures don't do the condo justice... it was bigger than we expected. Our first trip to Destin was a blast and we look forward to returning. Great fishing, food and beaches.

  This property has everything you would possibly want, need and more. The owners, Holly and Randy, truly could not do enough for us. We were very fortunate to have rented this lovely townhome. And once you have, you'll be back. I know we will!!

  I went on vacation to Destin, FL with my daughter, son-n-law, and 2 grandsons. We stayed at this condo and it was 'perfect'. It was a great location>right across the street from the beach! Beautiful condo and had everything in it you could want. We were in walking distance to several very good restaurants. The beach was absolutely gorgeous! It was sunny and about 78' everyday we were there. The owner's names were Holly and Randy and they were incredibley nice and extremely helpful. She had typed up and laminated a copy of all the info a person could want: like closest restaurants, stores, activities, etc. She had several of the beach coupon books for you to use. If you like clean, comfortable, affordable, beautiful accommodations right across from a beautiful white sand beach that goes for miles with the bluest water you have ever seen --THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Children and adults had a wonderful time. Only one downside, if you are a person that likes to go shelling>NO SHELLS!

  We did a last minute trip to Destin. Never been there and did not know where to go. We got so lucky to find this property. It was beautiful and so well maintained. Holly was wonderful to us and rented to us on a last minute notice. They were great to work with. We had a wonderful time with our son. We made a lot of great memories We will never forget. Hope to go back this Spring and rent again in a heart beat. Thanks again Holly Pam and Jeff.

  We loved the townhome! We spent our honeymoon here just this past week. The townhome was perfect! Not a far walk to the beach. We did drive occasionally down to the parking lot by the Crab Trap when we were taking a lot of stuff with us to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to use. We enjoyed barbecuing on the patio. It was nice to have a dvd player so we could watch redbox movies a few nights. Overall we loved the townhome! We are hoping we can make it back next year for or anniversary. Holly was very kind and easy to work with!

  Thank you Holly so much for sharing your beautiful townhome with my family; we had a wonderful trip! We loved the location of your roomy modern place; it truly had every comfort of home. It was awesome that we were so close to the beach as I thoroughly enjoyed my morning walks and the family spent many days on the white sandy beach. There are many great restaurants within walking distance and we loved the fresh seafood markets Destin had to offer. We had a terrific seafood bucket at Hammerheads and enjoyed grilling fresh tuna on your lovely private courtyard patio. Destin has so much to offer as us girls went parasailing and the family enjoyed a lovely evening dolphin cruise at Destin Harbor; my husband and I also got out a few times for some golf. This was a great family vacation and we hope to visit Destin again! We will gladly recommend your place to all our family and friends going to Florida.

  This was our first time renting vs. hotel and we will never go back to hotels again! This home was clean and beautiful and the open floor plan was wonderful for the kids, with fresh roses waiting for us in the kitchen. The photos do not do the home justice; the area is very spacious and the balcony in the master bedroom is the perfect spot for the morning coffee. The patio area was a wonderful spot to spend the evenings with the kids and we BBQ'd a lot! The location is great - the beach is a short walk across the street & it's close to supermarkets and restaurants. Holly [owner] responded promptly and was more than accommodating and we are grateful for her flexibility. We were very sad to have to leave and can't wait to come back!

  We just got back from Destin and our stay at the this Beach Pointe Townhome was great!! The owner is so nice and was easy to book with. The townhome is in a great location and a quick walk to the beach. The townhome was very clean and updated. It is very spacious and we enjoyed the layout of the place. We enjoyed having the courtyard and grill. We cooked out one night and liked having our own private area to do so. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning!

  My three teenagers and I had a wonderful time last week! The accomodations were excellent, plenty of room, everything you need from a gas grill to watching DVDs late at night. Most important, the beach is only a short walk down to the condo entrance with beach access right across the street. Being located on Scenic Hwy 98 was also nice. Less traffic and a perfect wide pathway, east and west for miles, which worked for me taking a few bike rides. My kids really enjoyed it for rollerblading and said it was "sick". I believe that's good. Your suggestion of having dinner at Hammerhead's and watching the sunset over Horseshoe Bay in Sandestin was right on, thanks! Dinner and walking around the Destin Harbor at dusk can be exciting as you can watch the fishing charters dumping their catches on the boardwalk and filet away!! I also recommend Mc Quires Pub for dinner. The atmosphere is great and so were the steaks! Can't wait to return! Thanks for everything and your suggestions!!
