What a great condo. We stayed for a week and wished we had a month to stay. Super clean and updated condo right on the beach. From the balcony were stunning views of the ocean and sunsets. Would fall asleep with the sound of the waves rolling ashore. Can't say enough about Dave, our host, and condo owner. He gave us the inside scoop on the best local restaurants and was always available to answer any questions. Dave even took me out fishing on his boat and we caught enough for a great fish fry. If you're an outdoors person, be sure to read the book located in the condo that Dave authored. What more can we say, super condo, breathtaking views, and a super host. We can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Panama City Beach! The condo was beautiful and Dave was great to deal with! We loved the beautiful view from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. We have stayed in several of the Sugar Beach condo's and they have all been nice, but nothing beat's an ocean view unit! The pool and grounds were very clean and It's close to mini golf, go-carts, and great restaurants. (You have to eat at Montego Bay on Thomas Drive!)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

The condo was immaculate, very clean and well decorated. We loved the layout, alot of room so we werent on top of each other. The view of the ocean was amazing. It was like the beach was right in your face as you opened the balcony door. The property was very clean, well lit and secure. KIds loved feeding the fish at the pond. Very clean pool, not cloudy. Dave, the owner. was very personable and just a great guy to deal with. We got in the condo early, no waiting. Go karts and putt putt golf right across the street. Mellow mushroom Pizzeria and Hammer Head Freds Restaurant directly acroos the street. We loved it and plan to go again next year. Thanks Dave, you got a great place.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
