This property was very nice and clean. It was real close to Disney which our grandchildren enjoyed. It was very spacious and accomodated 8 people of which each one had their own bedroom. The folks at Behlor were excellent to work with. The pool was excellent. We would definitely stay at this place again.

I stayed at this home with four kids and loved it. The location worrried me as a tollway runs in front of property but it is elevated and there was virtually no noise intrusion into the home. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and was clean and very nice. The beds were comfortable and the house was cool and very inviting. The best thing about this home is the location close to the closed park Splendid China. I know its been closed for 20 years but it is probably the coolest thing in florida right now. A truly must see if you stay here. Don't tell anyone where you heard about it if you get caught jumping the fence. LOL

This was our first family trip and wanted to do everything possible,so spending 300 a night for a hotel wasnt in the plan.This house was absolutely awesome!!Great price,great pool and the owners were great to work with.I would definately stay here again,and recomend to anyone.Having the kitchen cut our costs on food,and kept us having our family dinners at night that we love!!

The description and pictures were accurate. We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was worth it. We were visiting in February and temperatures at night drop. Owner was very good to work with and helpful. Very near many restaurants,shopping, and Disney. We used the grill and patio several evenings. Our family had a great time and plan to return.

The house was very big and comfortable and had everything that our family needed. The pool was very nice and it had a nice gas grill to use. The location of the house was very close to all the attractions. The house was in a very safe neighborhood. Michelle was very nice and helpful and we will definately call her again when planning our next trip to Florida.

We spent Thanksgiving week 2010 at this house and visiting the parks. It is such a relaxing place to come home to after busy days/nights at the parks. We loved having space to ourselves, the pool, and a place to prepare meals. The location is perfect; just a few minutes from the parks and a grocery store around the corner. 2 master suites and 3 full baths were awesome--we had too much room for a family of 4. We would definitely rent a home from Michelle again.

We strongly recommend this house for families who need to unwind and relax. A lot of space, a lot of commodities, super clean and efficient and the neibourhood is a very quiet place. Ideal for a relaxed vacation. For those with kids, ideal location, near all major parks. The swimming pool is guarded by a hay which we found great because it gave us privacy. You should try it out. You won't regret it! I know we will definitively want to come again.

6 of us stayed here for 8 days from April 24 to April 30, 2011. 3 adults, a teenager and 2 young boys. We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, quiet, nice pool, and large enough to accomodate all of us. Close to everyting including Disney and Universal. We all agreed that we would come back again. Great place to come home to after a busy day. Free long distance was loved by the teenager. Thanks Michelle, you were wonderful to deal with. We had a problem with the alarm and Michelle came herself to have a look at it. Great service.

We stayed in this home during spring break and were pleased with every aspect. Our experience was fantastic beginning with our interaction reserving the property with the realty company, throughout the stay, and all follow up. The location was great for us, close to the theme parks, a grocery store and restaurants. We highly recommend this property and working with VRBO and Belor Realty specifically.

We had a great time. Loved the house - perfect size for our family. The little ones loved the pool. It was great to come back to and relax after a full day at the parks. We stayed in the house 8/1-8/8/09. The house was perfect. The 3 full bathrooms made getting ready a breeze. The kitchen was very well equiped. We were on the go every day to the various parks in Orlando and the house was a perfect location. It was our first time staying in a vacation home vs a hotel & we will definitely do it again! i stayed at this home april 9, 2009 thru april 17, 2009 and it was the best time i ever had in florida. I visit yearly but this was the first time i stayed in a vacation home and it was the best ever. We had three generations from three different staets all of whom had a great time in this very well located home. The amenities in the home were perfect after a long day at Disney World as we all enjoy cooking together. I would enjoy coming back another year as it was perfect for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Kissimmee house. We found the facilities bright, clean and well cared for. It was close to all the major attractions, shopping and restaurants were just minutes away. It is the ideal way for a family to visit the area... with a wonderful, relaxing place to come "home" to at the end of a long day at the parks. Very lovely home. The kids loved the pool each day after our visit to Disney. Very close to Disney and many resturants. Only recommendation would be to add TVs to the rest of the bedrooms.

This is the second time that I have rented a home in Florida. I was very pleased with everything. It was clean, neat, and the decor was lovely. The location is fabulous. The house was ideal for all family members. The owners provided every convience imaginable. The only suggestion is more televisions throughout the house. Everyone needs a sanctuary, even Superman had a fortress of solitude. A he could go to reenergize, and get away from the hectic pace of everyday life. He had this, and he wasn't even vacationing in Orlando! How much more those who do take a family vacation in Orlando? This house serves as a fortress of solitude, a place of quiet respite away from the chaotic pace of the hustle and bustle of the ‘happiest place on earth,’ which is mere moments away. The pool offers a private area of cool refreshment, the spacious rooms, and clean interior, a place to relax & unwind. We enjoyed our stay for the month of March 2008. The house was very nice and met all our expectations. The pool was very clean and the heat was well worth the money. We were able to use it every day. The grounds were well maintained. The only problem is the dryer vent gets clogged very often, but as soon as I reported it, someone was out the next day to clean the vent. My only suggestion to the owner is that both master suites should have TVs. Behlor Realty was a pleasure to do business with from the first contact to the last.

We stayed in this home the week of 12/8-12/15 with our daughter and grandaughter who is 5 years old. The house is exactly as pictured and very clean. We had the pool heated which was a great plus when coming home at night. The home is only 15 minutes away from the parks, we took the Sherberth Rd shortcut. We really have a wonderful time in this house, sometimes my children prefer to stay in the house than going to the theme parks. Everything was fine and Michelle gave us a perfect assistance, fast answers, fast arrangements. The house is very close to the Disney area, 10 minutes by car, we will recommend it to our friends and will return to the same property in the future. We had a wonderful time in your property. It was very centrally located and an easy drive to the parks each day. The house was huge, with much more space then we needed. You could easily fit two families in here. The only issue we had was that the barbeque and tank were in desperate need of a cleaning. We would have liked to barbeque some meals and enjoy them outside. This was minor and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my family here again.

This was our family's first "family" vacation. We have four grandchildren under the age of six and we needed a house close to Disney. We couldn't have been more pleased. The house was EXACTLEY as it had been pictured on the website and more. We practically "lived"in the great swimming pool. I would highly recommend this "home away from home" to your family.

This house was great. I don't think I will ever stay in a Hotel again. The location is close to everything you need, yet away from all the traffic of 192. The house was very comfortable for eight people, with lots of room left. I highly recommend it.

We loved the house! This was a great way to go!! The house was fantastic and spacious; close to Disney; comfortable in every way. My only suggestion would be to let the renter choose the span of time the pool heater timer is set for. We swam late at night, and it got cool quick in March. This was so minor I hesitate to even mention it. Wonderful, wonderful experience.

This house was awesome! Very clean. We had no problems getting in or out. We had 9 people and all were comfortable. Minor problems were quickly and easily resolved and Michelle was a pleasure to deal with. The short drive to Disney made our days less stressful and we paid much less than some of our friends who were further away and had smaller houses or hotel rooms. Hope to stay again!

First time doing anything like this and it was great. House has nice privacy shrubs around pool, and a very nice pool area. Everything worked out fine, had some trouble figuring out how to use the land phone, but Michelle explained it very well how area codes work in Central Fla. Oldest son had the 2nd master bedroom to himself and he loved it. We made it to Disney everyday without any issues, and I am glad we didn't stay at our orignal hotel due to the construction on the interstate. We will definitly stay here or with Behlor Realty again.

The house we rented on Yellow Crane Drive was very nice and suitable to our needs. We had 6 people staying in this 4 bedroom house and had plenty of room. The pre-rental arrangements facilitated by Michelle of Behlor Realty were perfect. Upon our arrival, the house was clean and neat and we were able to enter the house without any delays or other inconveniences sometimes encountered. Travel to and from the Disney parks was very easy and not too lenghty due to the proximity of the house to Disney. This was a plus for us. We would defintely stay in this house again. Darrell Witt

We stayed at this villa for a paintball event at Disney's Wide World of Sports. It was a very nice place to stay. There was a lot of construction near by however that was noisy at times. Overall we had a great time a great time and would recommend staying here.

We stayed at the house rented through Behlor Realty and located on Yellow Crane Drive. This was our first trip to the area and the first time renting a house like this. The experience was very enjoyable as the property was excellent. We would definately return and recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Kissimmee area. Behlor Realty and particularly Michelle Langham were so helpful that they took all the tension out of the rental process and definately gave an exact description of the house.

Great House - took only 5 minutes from the entrance of WDW. The house had everything that was promised. We had two families with 9 people staying for 5 days and will definitely come back in the future. Great value for the money. Renting a home gives everyone some down-time for all the Disney action.

Recently we visited Disney world and rented this 4 bedroom home. The house was beautiful, and very convenient to all the parks and other activities Kissimmee has to offer.
