This three bedroom home with two bathrooms has it's own screened in heated pool and is located in Crescent Lakes, Orchid Edge, Kissimmee. The 192 and all it's amenities are close by. Disney is 10/15 min drive. We accommodate Disney vacationers, groups attending Orange County Convention center, International Drive visitors: - The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon , Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Sea World are also close by. Orlando International airport is 45 minutes and Sanford airport one hour and ten minutes away.

New - THIS HOME HAS FREE INTERNATIONAL CALLS AND FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLS - QUITE A PLUS FOR OUR OUT OF STATE AND OVERSEAS GUESTS.

Crescent Lakes is a blend of residential and vacation properties. It takes one hour to get to the beach! Tampa is a 40 minute drive, so is Bush Gardens.

The property is built to a high standard, The home provides an ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of an exhausting day at the parks.

The pool area has table and chairs plus loungers for those wishing to sunbathe or relax and eat out by the pool. There is also a gas BBQ. The pool has optional heat for the cooler months.

  • We loved staying in a house with a private pool. We had plenty of room. It was close enough to the Orlando attractions. The real estate we dealt with was exceptional! They were readily available for our questions and answered our calls in a timely fashion.
