This unique pet-friendly property has the best of both worlds. The front of the home provides wide-open unobstructed views of the ocean while the back of the home overlooks the winding canal and intercoastal waterway. This uncrowded portion of the beach is accessible just across the street and the view of the ocean is outstanding. The property has a private boat ramp and dock that is located on the canal that directly connects to the intercoastal waterway. Steer your boat and be in the deep waters of the Atlantic in just 10 minutes or simply relax and take in the wetlands, wildlife, dolphins, birds and boats from either the front or backyard.
It is an ideal location where you can enjoy the beach and also enjoy your private boat –fishing-crabbing dock, private boat ramp and intercoastal access. It is perfect for boating, canoeing, kayaking, jet skiing or just enjoying the views. Relax in the calm tranquil canal water on a float. There is plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers. There is also a large enclosed PRIVATE POOL 28’ x 14’ with lots of decking, chairs and loungers to relax in. In addition, enjoy a cool drink or a game on TV at the 8-seat fully decorated and equipped TIKI BAR. The bar has views of both the ocean and intercoastal and has everything you need; expanded cable TV, DVD player, stereo, refrigerator, blender, sink, dart board and lighting. It is fun for everyone. You can also enjoy the HOT TUB that connects to the Tiki bar and also overlooks both the ocean and intercoastal.
There are more than 700 feet of wrap-around decking and 2 private decks off of 2 of the upper bedrooms. This home has 2 living rooms …… great for letting the kids have their own space, There is also a children’s crib, high-chair, children’s gates, enclosed pet area, beach cart, 8 expanded cable TVs, (a TV in every bedroom plus one in both living rooms and one in the Tiki bar). One TV is a 43-inch high definition TV with a Blu-ray player. The full equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer are located on the first floor near the side door to help avoid dragging sand from beach towels through the house.
Kids and adults will have fun with provided amenities such as corn hole, Bacci ball, lots of board games, horse shoes, 4 picnic tables, numerous lounge chairs, hammock chairs, Adirondack chairs, screened in porch, washer dryer, stereos, outdoor hot-water enclosed shower, high-speed wireless internet, and, play station 2.
Spend the morning at the beach then relax in the pool. After that fish from the private boat dock, then enjoy relaxing having a cool drink watching the sun set at the tiki bar and/or hot tub overlooking both the ocean and intercoastal. Evenings can be spent roasting marshmallows and star-gazing at the fire pit/chiminea in the backyard overlooking the canal.

I don't think we could have had a better time at your home on North Topsail Beach. It was a great winter get-away and so peaceful/restful. We gave short notice but John still was willing to work with us. It was THE perfect location! The beach was within a short distance (across the street). The canal in the back provided the perfect spot to put our kayak in and the views were incredible. The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed and then some! We made use of the cornhole, the firepit, and some of your games. We especially LOVED the hottub and the TIKI BAR!!! That back deck alone made the trip worth taking. I'm thinking of updating my own back deck :-) The fact that we could bring our furry friends along was great too, they had a blast running on the beach and relaxing at the firepit after a long day. We will definately be telling everyone we know what a great home this was and we will be back for sure. The pool looked great and would be perfect for the summertime. The only trouble we had was with the gas grill, it had no propane and the rental company told us it was our responsibility to fill the tank. Had we known we could have brought a tank from home so we could have grilled out. Another tiny suggestion would be some plastic tumblers for drinks outside and some wine glasses. Besides that, everything was PERFECT in every way. Thanks for everything John, we had a blast! I only wish we could have stayed longer than a week! We will be saving for a trip in the summer season. Thanks again, what a find!!! If you ever want to sell please let us know.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This place was awesome! We enjoyed the beach, the kids went fishing and crabbing off the dock, and the views were incredible. We had fun in our own private pool and the adult bar. :) The house came with everything you need to keep your teenagers or adults entertained. I think I'm going to bring my girlfriends here for a getaway trip. Thank you for a great family vacation. Looking forward to next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
