About this property

This is a perfect place for a family vacation and is loaded with complimentary amenities for the entire family. The following are included with no extra hidden fees. Linens and bath towels, the cleaning. 7 kayaks, 5 paddle boards, 5 surfboards, 12 beach chairs, 3 coolers, 5 beach cruiser bikes, 3 beach carts. Gas grill with propane provided. Outdoor movie projector area. Assorted paddles and life jackets. This truly unique property offers the best of both worlds. The back yard is located on the canal and overlooks the inter-coastal. While the front of property faces the ocean. There is nothing in front of home except the street and the sand dune. The public beach access is always open and is close, just across the street and 2 houses down. The property has its own private boat ramp and private boat docks. Bring your own boat, swim in the canal or fish, crab or shrimp right off one of the three docks. Enjoy a drink at the 8 seat TIKI BAR while you take in the sunset. Watch a sporting event or simply listen to music on the Blue tooth speakers. Enjoy the beach decor in the 8 seat lounge area that overlooks your private pool.
The gated pool is 28’ x 14’ with 4 loungers and Adirondack chairs. It has a cabana area where you can get shade while still being by the pool. At night you can enjoy the hot tub that over looks the pool and the outdoor movie projector. The movie screen is 8 feet wide and 4 feet tall and is iPhone compatible. Just stream whatever you want to watch. There is 700 feet of wrap-around decking and 2 private decks off of 2 of the bedrooms. This home has 2 living rooms, the tiki bar area and the outdoor movie area which are all great for letting the kids have their own space. There are three portable children’s cribs, a high-chair, children’s gate, 8 expanded cable TVs, (a TV in every bedroom plus one in both living rooms and one at Tiki bar TV's are high definition and smart. There are also 2 full size video games, which have 12 vintage arcade games each. The fully equipped kitchen has 2 large refrigerators, an ice maker, oven, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses. The kitchen also has a crock pot, air fryer, and skillet. There is a traditional coffee maker, a kuerig coffee maker and a coffee grinder. The high capacity washer and dryer and the full size second fridge are located in the pantry off of the kitchen. There is a bbq gas grill located on the deck just off of the kitchen. Propane tanks are present and propane provide. .

Perfect getaway

The tiki house did not disappoint. Plenty of space for large groups to relax and have fun. All the beds were comfortable and bedding and pillows were all high quality and new. All the rooms has fans, extra pillows blanks and air purifiers, the host thought of everything! So much to do to keep busy! Board games, outdoor games kayaks, bikes you name it. Everything you need is there, chairs coolers beach carts it was so nice be able to pack light. House is decorated nicely and comfortable indoors and out. We went in April and I was worried about the pool being cold, a few days of full sun on the pool and it was heated up nicely!! On top of all this the owner is quick to respond and the maintenance person Chris was the nicest most hard working guy you could ever meet. Looking forward to my next stay at this beautiful and unique y

We LOVED North Topsail Beach!

Our group of cousins! 6 adults and 8 teens! This property had space for all of us, including beds for all the kids to have their own- which is HUGE! We loved the 2 living rooms, we had a puzzle going and in the other room was Basketball Finals on the TV and games at the dining room table. We ate most meals in and were able to spread out at the Tiki Bar, or dining room. Added bonus- surf boards, boogie boards, kayaks, paddle boards and bikes- which we tried just about everything. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool- yes even though the pool wasn't heated, the area is protected from the ocean breeze and we dipped to cool off. The beach access, was easy and just across the street. It felt like our own private beach, with so many shells and smooth rocks to find. The kids did a couple midnight missions to hunt for ghost crabs, with great success! Thank you so much for all the memories! Let us know if anyone beats MDG's high scores!

Wonderful getaway!

The house has enough space for everyone to spread out and hang out and read a book if necessary. It is not luxurious as indicated in the listing but it was definitely a lot of fun! My only complaint was the riptides 😳

I live in Charleston, SC. I think you will enjoy this place since it has the best of both worlds, canal front with the ocean just across the street. I understand families usually only have one relaxing vacation a year. You want a place that everyone can agree on and will create great memories for everyone. I like to make a unique experience for guests. The place has a lot to offer for all ages and lots of areas to spread out.

Why they chose this property

Its a great spot. You have the ocean in the front yard and the canal and intercoastal in the back. Kids can go to the ocean during the day and relax in pool or canal in the afternoon. At night the adults can use the fire pit by canal or enjoy a beverage in the hot tub and tiki bar. Tiki bar has chairs, fridge, flat screen TV and great views. There is an outdoor movie theatre and two living rooms so adults and kids can have their own space. There is plenty of areas for everyone to spread out so not to feel crowded. .

What makes this property unique

I think the place is unique with all the amenities. There is a private pool, hot tub, private boat dock, private boat ramp and tiki bar that offers a unique experience. There are 5 complimentary surfboards, 5 paddle boards and 7 kayaks available for your use. There are a wide array of life jackets and paddles for all ages and sizes. The public beach access is only 2 houses down and across the street. The beach access is always available 24/7. The intracoastal is connected to the canal in the back yard, where you can fish, crab and swim. The first floor exterior has a complete wrap around deck along with a covered porch and the second floor has 2 private balconies. There are darts, two corn hole sets, bocce ball and other yard games. You will find three exterior hot water showers for your convenience. The interior of the property features, 2 living room areas. 5 bedrooms along with 3 bathrooms. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. and plenty of chairs to relax in. The private pool is open February through November. Hot tub included from the first Saturday in May until last week in September. Other than that $100 activation fee. The pool is not heated.
