Fall is a great time, and one of my favorite, for some rest and relaxation at our beautiful
beach. The only thing missing is the crowds. Since rates are seasonal, they are much lower
after August. So plan a shopping spree, golf outing, fishing trip or come to have some fun
at the Fishing Rodeo in October.
Why stay in a hotel when you can get all the amneties of home at this recently updated, attractively decorated condo with a Beach View. The interior has been decorated with the soothing blues and greens of the ocean water. Recent (2008) updates include porcelain tile in the living/dining areas, a side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, new Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop mattress in the master suite, and the guest bedroom has been upgraded with queen beds (replacing full size beds)and decorated with Croscill bed linens in Brazil motiff of browns and greens. A 32 inch flat screen TV and DVD player has been added to the guest bedroom.

We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and only a block or two away from the Big Kahuna, Destin's fun waterpark. Walk only 300 feet to the beach. NO STREETS TO cross to get to the private beach or the heated pool. We've added 24/7 Security for your safety.
From the open balcony of this 5th floor unit experience the sites and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by. After sundown, or on those days you've had too much sun, there are two large screen TVs and VCRs with videos for the family.

Why the Owner Chose Shoreline Towers
Destin was a favorite family vacationing spot and it just seemed logical to purchase
a "little piece of paradise" to share with the grandchildren. As serendipities along the
way, I've hosted wedding parties, family reunions and "escapes" for the girls, sometimes
three generations and made lots of friends with my guests.

family and friends(yes we have WI-FI) cook your meals in the updated kitchen or eat out and enjoy the fine coastal cuisine. And take time to get plenty of sand between your toes - isn't that therapeutic!
