Welcome to our newly-renovated, spacious condo in St. Pete Beach! Relax as you delight in the expansive views of the sugar-white sands and the calming sounds of the Gulf of Mexico waters. Sit on the private Lanai to absorb the warmth of the Florida sun, watch the dolphins or see the amazing sunsets. Indulge yourself in luxury while you enjoy the many available amenities.
Our 10th floor condo is a clean, quiet 1180 square foot home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In 2011, it was totally remodeled and was filled with completely new furnishings. We have tried to anticipate your every need!
Both Bedrooms offer peaceful, coastal living ambience by featuring comfortable king-sized beds with luxury sheets, bedside reading lamps, and large dressers. The Master Bedroom also has access to the lanai overlooking the beach, a large walk-in closet and a connected tiled Bathroom with granite countertop and walk-in shower. The Hall Bathroom has ample cabinet storage with granite countertop and walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit.
The Living Room reflects the soothing colors of the gulf waters. Enjoy the comfort of the plush, reclining leather sofa and chair while you gaze at the water, read a favorite book or watch the flat-screen LCD HDTV. The Dining Area has a table that may be extended to accommodate seating for six, in addition to a breakfast bar with bar stools.
Even the Kitchen has a view of the water! It is fully equipped for your daily and entertaining needs.The cabinets provide abundant storage space and showcase the granite countertops. An island and stainless steel appliances complete the fresh, new look.
Envoy Point Condominiums are only a 40-minute drive from the Tampa International Airport and provide a quiet, relaxing escape in a well-maintained, gated community. Within a short walk are many restaurants, entertainment venues, water sports, shopping and other necessities!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful condo from January 11, 2013 to March 31, 2013. Before arriving, we had only viewed photos on the VRBO website and had conversation with the owners over the telephone. We were initially a little nervous booking a place to stay for that length of time sight unseen. Upon our arrival though, the condo was everything the photos had depicted and more. It was impeccably decorated, very clean, and did not lack for anything. It was well equipped with every convenience we would expect in our own home. (blender, juicer, iron, safe for valuables and too much more to list) The building itself and the surrounding grounds were just as immaculately kept, and there is 24 hour security at the entrance to the condo parking lot. The swimming pool was awesome, and was heated to a very comfortable temperature. Everyone we met in the buildings (there is an east and a west building) were very friendly, and there were many social activities going on if you chose to join in, whether you were renters or owners. We even joined a golfing group in the condo that went out to a different local course once a week as a group. We were surprised to learn that some of the families renting these units, have done so for over 15 winters, which we think says something about the buildings and the people in them. The location is convenient, as it is close to most anything that you would need, such as shopping, golfing, parks and great restaurants. The owners, Ed and Jan are very accommodating people, who more than once advised us if there was anything lacking in their condo, we should let them know and it would be looked into. All in all, a great experience!! Would stay again and would highly recommend to anyone else.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

While we had visited the Gulf Coast of Florida several times in the past, it wasn't until friends introduced us to Envoy Point that we knew we had discovered a very special place. We enjoy the calming effects of beautiful sunsets and the soothing sounds of the rhythmic waves. We love walking or running on the beach! Watching playful dolphins and birds right from our lanai is a favorite pastime. We like that we are located on a quiet street, yet are only steps away from the beach, live entertainment and fun things to do!
