The ideal combination of gorgeous beach in the front and Lake Powell behind you for boating and kayaking at Pinnacle Port. Bordering on the west is Camp Helen, a State Park and bird sanctuary, and to the east is Carillon Beach with it's beautiful homes and grounds. This gated, secured complex offers serenity, privacy, and relaxation.
With the convenience of two large grocery stores across the street you can settle in and never leave the complex again. This is the place if total relaxation is what you are after. On the grounds are two pools, one indoor/outdoor that is heated, saunas for men and women, children's playground, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Close by are Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove. Restaurants, from casual to gourmet, are easily accessible with shopping all around. You are about 10 miles from the Panama City "Strip," so you can easily go if you wish, but you are not surrounded by the crowds.
Our Gulf front condominium has beautiful beach views from the living room with a balcony overlooking the gulf. We have three cable TV's with two VCR's and two DVD players. The unit has new furniture and paint with a fully equipped kitchen with solid surface countertops. Downstairs is the living room with a sleeper sofa, kitchen, washer and dryer and half bath. Upstairs is the master bedroom and bath with a balcony overlooking Lake Powell and down the beach to Camp Helen. The guest bedroom has twin beds and there is also a full bath for guests. This unit is non-smoking.
