The ideal combination of gorgeous beach in the front and Lake Powell behind you for boating and kayaking at Pinnacle Port. Bordering on the west is Camp Helen, a State Park and bird sanctuary, and to the east is Carillon Beach with it's beautiful homes and grounds. This gated, secured complex offers serenity, privacy, and relaxation.
With the convenience of two large grocery stores across the street you can settle in and never leave the complex again. This is the place if total relaxation is what you are after. On the grounds are two pools, one indoor/outdoor that is heated, saunas for men and women, children's playground, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Close by are Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Seagrove, and our new shopping and dining mecca, Pier Park. Restaurants, from casual to gourmet, are easily accessible with shopping all around.
Our Gulf front seventh floor condominium in the Tower has beautiful beach views from the living room with a balcony overlooking the gulf. We have three flat screen cable TV's with three DVD players, plus WiFi in the condo for your use. The unit has new furniture and paint with a fully equipped kitchen with solid surface counter tops. Downstairs is the living room with a sleeper sofa, kitchen, washer and dryer and half bath. There is a pillow topper and shield for between mattress and springs to help make sofa bed more comfortable. DVDs, books, and puzzles are provided for your leisure. Upstairs is the master bedroom and bath with a balcony overlooking Lake Powell and down the beach to Camp Helen State Park. The guest bedroom overlooks the gulf and has twin beds and there is also a full bath for guests. This unit is non-smoking.

We love the uniqueness of Pinnacle Port. There is privacy and security of a gated community with plenty of space to explore the beautiful gulf without being surrounded by crowds. There is also the convenience of shopping and restaurants close by.

This Condo is wonderful. Views are great from all rooms. The Condo is nicely furnished and Decorated. The Owners could not be better to work with. They were always available to answer all of our questions. Pinnacle Point is a great place to stay, and we loved this unit. Cant wait to stay again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Just wanted to write you a note to tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves this past weekend at your condo. We had a great weekend! It is a lovely place, and we loved the views from both sides. Also I forgot to tell you that we went to the Seaside yard sale, and ended up with all kinds of great deals. We would love to rent again from you in the future.

We had a wonderful time! Your condo is beautiful and the views from both decks are breathtaking! It is not often you go to the beach and have a view of the ocean and lake! We thought that was neat. We loved the location - private, but not too far from shopping and restaurants. We are already planning to return next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
