About the owner: I own an architectural firm that specializes in Tropical Resorts and villas world wide. I designed this home for my family. We have a second house in Santa Barbara that we frequent. The beaches nearby are world class, very few tourist, and good surfing, snorkeling, fishing and hiking. Lots of nearby rivers to kayak or paddle board to beautiful waterfalls.
Why the Owner Chose Kalihiwai:
It's in a high end neighborhood and on a 45 acre lake. Fishing from the shore or in our kayaks is a favorite of ours.
