Very nice family Duplex Apartment of 110 m2 on two floors with a private terrace in the heart of Paris.
It is like a house in the little garden.
For 6 people - .3 bedroom 2 bathroom
Located in the Montmartre district, you are very close “Anvers”, station metro on Line 2.
The duplex apartment is located on 2 nd floor with elevator. You arrive in a wonderful little garden and here is the apartment ( like an house).
The windows of bedrooms give on the terrace and the quiet garden. The morning, you heard birds !
Terrace level : Living room with flat TV screen ( cable, ADSL…), confortable couch and armachairs + dinner room ( table for 8 people), the kitchen totally equipped ( furnished) and one bedroom with her own bathroom and toilet ( bed 120 *190 cm for one adult or two children ).
- First floor : one bathroom with a bathtube, a independent toilets, One bedroom with a queen size double bed, and another bedroom with 3 single beds ( bunk beds 90 * 190 and a third one hidden bottom it). It is a children ‘s room but ok for adults. .
And off course, the terrace is private and you have 2 tables and chairs, and deckchairs.
