This beautifully decorated, non-smoking condo (1680 square feet, Unit 66) at Trout Creek Condominium Resort is the perfect accommodation for your vacation in northern lower Michigan - whether you are here for skiing, golfing or sightseeing in the spring or fall color tours.
Located in Harbor Springs/Petoskey area, Trout Creek is adjacent to two of Michigan's most popular ski resorts - Boyne Highlands (0.8 mile) and Nub's Nob (0.4 mile). Boyne Mountain at Boyne Falls, another popular ski resort, is a short drive from Trout Creek.
If you are a golf enthusiast, Boyne Highlands Golf Club is just across the road and Chestnut Valley Golf course is minutes away. Mackinaw City, where ferry boats depart for Michigan's most popular tourist destination, Mackinac Island, is just half an hour away.
Our rates are all inclusive - taxes and cleaning fee included. The same low rates apply to all four seasons. When you compare the rates, ask how much taxes and fees in addition to the rental rates other condos offered.

Year Purchased: 2002
Own 3 condos at Trout Creek Resort. My philosophy is "LESS IS MORE", which means offering lower rental rates to invite more people to rent. Once they rent my condos and realize the value of their dollars, they always come back again.
Why the Owner Chose Harbor Springs
Location, location, location. There are Michigan's two best and biggest ski resorts within a mile of the resort, and one of the best golf courses in Michigan is just across the road. Also the resort is sandwiched between two of the most beautiful and attractive towns in Michigan - Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Little Traverse Bay of Lake Michigan is just a few miles away.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I can see the golf courses from the deck of my condo, and also the ski slopes to the left of the golf courses. On one side of the condo is the state forest. I can see "million dollar" sunsets above the horizion of the forest. The resort offers so many things to do ....swimming in one of the three swimming pools, relax in the hot tubs, exercise in the fitness center, playing tennis, volleyball, basketballs etc. It is also a great location for visiting Lake Michigan beaches, Mackinaw City and Mackinaw Island, and crossing the Mackinaw Bridge into the Upper Peninsula.

Comfortable, clean, great condo with all amenities. Perfect location for ski slopes & X-country with wonderful restaurants nearby. Proximity to Harbor Springs & Petosky is ideal. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again!

This is an end unit on the side of a hill. The views are of woods and you can see Boyne Highlands on the other side of the valley. It is very convenient for skiing and the facilities of the complex (2 pools) are great. The condo is very large and really more like 4 BDR since the loft is a room with 2 twin beds. The owner is very professional and made renting easy. The condos are not new but well kept.

We enjoyed the condo very much.It is well kept up and very clean.Our only negatives were that we were not able to get the hot tub to be hot and that the kitchen was short on space. The kitchen was well stocked (except no spatula) The stairs into the condo would be difficult for older people. The owner was easy to work with and very detailed about expectations and directions. We would certainly go back to this location. The pools on the condo property were a hit as was the beach at Petoskey State Park, which was only a few minutes away. The location was very convenient for all the fun in this area of Michigan!

We stayed here for a skiing vacation between Christmas and New Years. This is a very nice, large condo and an excellent value. The owner has the whole rental experience very organized and painless. Trout Creek is an excellent location close to skiing at Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands. It is also close to the towns of Harbor Springs and Petoskey. We love coming to this area for vacations. Renting this condo directly through the owner made our vacation more affordable. I highly recommend this condo for a group.

Our visit to Harbor Springs was awesome. We stayed with 2 other couples and their children. Although it was a cold and rainy August weekend, the kids loved playing in the pools and fishing in the ponds. The ladies shopped in Harbor and the guys golfed at True North Golf Club. We spent one evening out. We had drinks at Leggs Inn and watched an amazing sunset. We highly recommend it. We ate at the Noggin Room in Pestoskey. A great place to relax and listen to live music. The condo was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It even had a blender for margartias!!! For us, it would have been better to have a different bed configuration in the bedrooms. The bedroom with the bunk beds could have had a queen bed instead. Or maybe a queen bed and one twin in the loft. But that was just for our particular group. Otherwise, everything was just right! We are already thinking about a weekeend getaway for skiing.

Michael has everything well coordinated. The condo was very nice, and easily handled the sleeping and bathroon functions of 5 guys. Trout Creek is very nice. The pool area and tennis courts were in great shape.
