Loved the location of the condo-so handy to the Topps grocery-let you take the cart to the condo and just have to take it back-close to the pier and Times Square-very clean -but just a little dated. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and enjoyed cooking on the cook top stove.Bed is very comfortable and of course the view is great.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Pelican Watch:
Loved the approximate 6 miles of sandy beach which is perfect for walking, running. Liked the location of building as it is less than one mile from the bridge, which makes entering and exiting the island easy. Plenty of fine restaurants, shopping, and recreation available. No need to leave the island and not necessary to have transportation as the airport is approx. 35 minutes from condo and taxicabs always available.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Property is well-maintained. Love the pool and hot tub on premises. Convenience of grocery store right across the street. Also liked the many fine restaurants and stores. Always nice to come back to the condo and relax on the lanai watching activity on the beach in front of us.
