  From arrivial looking at the structure of the building to seeing the unit itself is amazing.this property is a must rent if your coming to Cartagena. Its only - 7,000 peso ride literally $3-4 US every where. Beach acccessiblity across the street no hagglers like in boca grande. Property is within minutes of everything. Well maintained and security is tight... Almafi is the best you could ever ask for she is helpful in everyway she can.... Dont take my word for it I am booking nexts year vacation now... You will not go wrong booking this unit.. The puctures are a tease......

  We absolutely loved the apartments! The view was spectacular and the amenities were delightful. We felt like we actually lived in Cartagena. The location was perfect for going back and forth to other areas. We would definitely stay there again. Especially the penthouse! Wow! I've been showing all my friends and family pictures of the penthouse and they LOVE it! Next time we visit, we'll be staying there.

  The apartment has an excellent view and it is carefully maintained. The house keeper was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the stay. We will be happy to recommend it.

  I have a running list of 22 countries that I have either visited or lived in. I am highly particular about where I stay, and hands down this is one of the best places I've ever called home. If it is available, book it now before someone else does. You will open up the door on the 32nd floor, say wow, then walk to the balcony and drop your jaw. What a view. Grab a glass of wine or a cold beer and sit out by the hot tub as the sun sets. It is beyond me why someone would book a hotel instead of staying here. Much better deal. The kitchen is modern with everything you would need. The washer and dryer are top of the line. The bathrooms are spacious and the second floor bedroom has a great view of the city. WiFi is excellent. There is a land line for local calls and another phone for free calls to the US. The location is perfect because you are about 5 minutes from old town by taxi. Here is a tip: this owner also has places in Medellin located in Poblado. I've been living in one of them for several months. If your travel plans permit, I would fly Viva Colombia and stay at one of his places in Medellin. On top of this penthouse in Cartagena being one of the best places available, you will not find a nicer, more genuine guy to work with on booking than the owner. This was my second trip to Cartagena. He happened to be there with his family when I was during Christmas. An 'abundance of kindness' does not even begin to describe my experience. I read reviews religiously before booking on VRBO. I saw one guy from San Fran on here wrote 'Highlight of Our Trip' -- That nails it. Enjoy your stay and tell Amalfi hi.

  The unit was spacious, with great views. I enjoy the Cartagena culture, partly because the pace there is slower than in Florida. Amalfi's cooking was wonderful. It was close to the walled city with plenty of taxi's. We will be back next year!

  I have stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and it blew me away. The luxury, the views, the breeze, the yacuzzi (!!) on the balcony looking down at the sea, the giant, comfortable king size beds. We didn't want to leave it was so perfect. The TV in the living room has an sd and usb card input so during dinner we would look at our pictures from our trip on the TV. It was really nice. Amalfi was there to help us out every day and I had good chats with her, she was very nice and attentive. The only suggestion I have is that you should rent this place for at least a week otherwise you will be so sad to leave!!! We will definitely come back again. The best vacation time ever!

  This is the best apartment in Cartegena! From the top of the newest, tallest building in the area one gets spectacular views of the entire city and miles of beach. The apartment is a luxurious duplex with balconies on both sides--one side facing the ocean and the other facing the city. The larger balcony facing the ocean also has it's own hot tub! The apartment comes with all the luxuries one could want--3 flat screen TVs (in the living room, and in each of the bedrooms, a laptop computer, wi-fi, free phones to the US and Canada, a diswasher, a washer-dryer, and much more. You won't find anything better in Cartegena!

  Absolutely the best place in Cartagena! For the record I am a very discriminating and critical Architect. I do not give credit unless it is earned and deserved! I had the pleasure of renting this Modern penthouse. The Penthouse is as depicted absolutely incredible. The place was meticulous, impeccable, and beyond cleans. The owner pays attention to every detail. The airport only 5 minutes away and the old city 2 minutes form building. The security guard in this building is attentive and awake 24/7. You can pay more for a place or less for a place but no matter what you pay you will never beat this place. This is the best presidential suite you can ever find. II will return again to Cartagena and when I do I will absolutely stay here again. In fact even if I had to adjust my flight schedule due to occupancy of this apartment, I would make the adjustment. I am an international landlord and I have to give this apartment and its owner a 20 in a 1 to 10 score. Book this apartment and you are going to have the best trip of your life. I have stayed in Apartments all over the world. This apartment is among the best I have ever stayed at. Good Luck on your trip and enjoy the splendor of Cartagena!
