  The house on Debbie Lane was perfect for a our stay in the Hamptons. The beds were so comfortable and everything was clean and spacious. The location was close to town and the beach and the price amazing. We've already recommended the place to other people and we're planning to stay there again when we return in June. Thank you Debra for making our vacation so easy.

  * Location The house is very quiet thanks to its cul-de-sac location (poor car traffic) and although the house is attached to another similar one, we didn’t hear the next door neighbors at all. It is very well located south of the highway: 5 min drive to the town beach or to the shopping on Main Street and 2 blocks from the Waldbaums supermarket. There is a nice Farmer’s market on Saturday mornings behind the fire house/Waldbaums supermarket (about 20 stands). * Price It is well priced for one/two couple(s) or a family who don’t need the extravagant Hamptons mansion with multiple bedrooms. The process with the owner was very simple and smooth from the booking to the payment and she has been very responsive to all our questions and flexible with our demands. * House Overall, the house is very clean, charming and well-maintained and a lot of furniture is new (including firm mattresses). The 2 bedrooms are equally sized and are big enough to add a pack & play. They both have window A/C units and large closets. The kitchen has a small round table with 4 chairs and comes fully equipped (microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher). The living room has TV and cable ready. The garden is small and very relaxing, enchanting with birds singing all day and professionally maintained; there is large table with a glass top outside, chairs for six people, umbrella, BBQ and a garden hose. All the linens (bath, kitchen, beds) are provided and good quality, included colorful beach towels. * Conclusion We found it very convenient with our 3-year old daughter: safe inside (clean, no stairs, leather sofa, no carpet), safe outside (poor car traffic in the front and landscaped small garden in the back fully enclosed with gates), well-equipped (A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, all linens provided) and very close to the beach (complimentary beach toys in the basement and beach pass provided). So we had a wonderful stay and we hope to come back soon!

  We stayed at this adorable house at Westhampton Beach for Memorial Day weekend 2011, and we really enjoyed it! Everything, from the quiet privacy of the backyard to comfortable beds and clean and handy kitchen, was all we could expect and even more. The house is really cute and comfortable and clean, and the interior is designed with great taste. Short drive to the beach (3min) and we enjoyed ourselves in the sun. Besides of all, it was so warm, that we even swam, and kids splashed in the waves. This was such a positive experience for us that we will definitely return again!
